I've been going here for about 8 years, and have only had one or two questionable cuts, tops. The staff is nice and not too chatty. I love the phone call two days before an appointment which reminds me that I didn't write it down.
As far as prices go, it's probably less than what my wife pays. I never ask her what she pays and doesn't offer, so I'm guessing that it's cheaper. I tried the cheapo places and got really horrible cuts, and started going back. I would rather spend a few extra on something that won't grow out stupid in six weeks.
They starting mixing in the aroma therapy stuff with the hot towels on the face. This makes a difference after a long one at the office, for sure. Make sure you split your tip between the hot towel girl and the one cutting your hair - they both deserve it.
