I am a dude. I have short hair. I needed a simple cut but was no longer willing to take my chances with barber shops. I used to go to Hairspray on Wickenden, but then the cuts got erratic so I had to upgrade. First, I went to Salon Kroma which had been recommended by so many of my friends and was very, very happy with that experience. For my next cut, I needed an appointment on very short notice and Kroma just couldn't accommodate, so to Marc Harris I went.

I like the new Westminster/off-Westminster area.  The decor here definitely lives up to the urban "clubiness" of that neighborhood.  Overall I was very happy with the cut and the woman who cut my hair was nice enough without being too chatty or intrusive. I have absolutely no complaints with this cut and, if Kroma couldn't accomodate my schedule, would go here again.

My only issue was that the place itself seems a little too clubby for my tastes. That's why it got docked the one star. If Salon Kroma is five stars, then this is four.
