I was lucky enough to find this place shortly after I moved to NOLA and haven't felt the need to explore any other salons. I love DeShea. She's very thorough and explains to me why she is cutting my hair a certain way as she goes.

Once while I was getting my haircut, a woman expressed dissatisfaction over her cut she had just received. (I think she had course/problem hair and wanted some certain style.) So she told the head stylist, and he re-washed and re-cut her hair. At what other salon would this happen?

I get compliments on my cut all the time, and I feel totally comfortable recommending them to anyone.
