Love, love, love this salon!!!!! It's the closest thing to a full-service natural hair salon you'll find in Boston. While all of the stylists do good work, I go to Shanita to get my locs retwisted. (She also does great cornrows and other natural styles.) The salon just moved to Mattapan Square at 1613 Blue Hill Ave., and it now looks very upscale and classy -- kind of like something you'd expect to see at Khamit Kinks in NY or another trendy place in DC, Atlanta, etc. You should definitely swing through here if you love natural hair and a good, clean, professional salon atmosphere!
