I agree with Rossanna P's review. I was just treated like I was dirt for no good reason, just because.

I will spare you the whole story, but I show up about 15 minutes before my appointment, thinking I'll browse some magazines while I wait. Well Gabreilla looks at me from inside the glass door with a lot of disdain and with an angry look. I wasn't sure why, felt really odd and I was taken aback. Well she opens the door and tells me I came at late, and proceeds to lash out at me.

I tell her no, I came at our agreed upon time. I said to her look at your chat messages, she goes back and sees it and says well, I still can't see you but later than your scheduled time.

There is more to the story but I have no energy. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother. I do not recommend anyone and will not recommend anyone ever to come here.

I don't get how people like that stay in business. Maybe they need an angry management course.

I come here for my once a year haircut/trim! I solely go to Gabriella; She also does my mom and sister in laws hair. For my once a year trim, she's very affordable, it's about $25. It's definitely worth going to a private salon, rather than a "chain", in my opinion. The quality cut I get from Gabriella is superior. She also is available for late appointments during the week, which works with my work schedule. She will also give her professional opinion but won't pressure you into anything at all! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a salon in Pacifica that could do my hair color in a pinch. I called Lynn and she scheduled me right away. I am very pleased with her work and the color is perfect. I am so glad I found the perfect place - and the perfect hair stylist.

Highly Recommend! I went to Lynn who owns the salon for a full highlight. I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. Not only is Lynn a delight to speak with but she's incredibly educated when it comes to hair and your hair will show as a result. If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. After my hair was colored, Lynn stayed late to curl it. My hair was BEAUTIFUL and I felt it which means a lot. I also, ended up leaving my phone at the salon AND Lynn drove to my house and dropped it off. AMAZING. I'm recommending to all my friends.

This salon has a new owner, Lynn, and is completely remodeled; it's a huge change from before. The salon is more open and has effulgent colors such as light blue, and teal. I take my grandma here for a perm, color and sometimes a cut every few weeks. She likes Lynn, her work and enjoys her company. Lynn is a genuinely good person and hair stylist. She is skilled, professional and gives great advice on hair techniques, and products for your everyday use. She sells beneficial hair merchandise such as TIGI, which is fabulous. Lynn has excellent prices and does exceptional work.

What absolute bitches work at this place. I walked in to ask a few questions and the two bitches standing at chairs treated me like I was dirt. Excuse me for not wearing my pearls you assholes...but I usually tip my stylists $50 just for a cut and color once a month ...your bitchy attitudes and ugly smirks turned me away. I plan to share my experience with every woman I know....hope your prospective customers read this and run in the opposite direction.

I love this Salon, it's so cozy and feels like family. You feel so comfortable with everyone there. Lynn is an excellent hair stylist. I've been getting my hair done for years and years and years and have never actually found someone who does what I want. I guess I am picky when it comes to my hair. Lynn gets it. I tell her what I want and she does it. I just went last night and absolutely love how it looks. She's got the color perfect. It's not a simple job for I have many different colors in my hair, not just one. Lynn is super super nice and I enjoy going there and seeing her. Looking forward to my next visit. You should check it out, the salon is very nice and the ladies are great!!!
