Sala of Tokyo

This one is probably one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Zurich. The parking is a bit problem. Other than that every dish is excellent here. The fish absolutely is fresh and the ambience is cozy. Staff are friendly and helpful... we will come back soon!

Exquisite food, pretty expensive especially for dinner. Nice environment, worth a try~

Best in town!! Get the miso cod or just let the chef tell you what to do. Really cozy environment.

I think this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Zurich or even Switzerland. Very authentic! Sashimi & sushi are beautifully prepared. Good service, waiters are willing to explain how the dishes are made if required. We had tempura, yakitori (chicken skewers) as starters, both are good, although the prawns can be even fresher in my opinion. We then had shabu shabu with wagyu beef ( from Australia) which we came here specially for this actually. It was not cheap but what we were given was valued for money, as I am aware of the market price of wagyu beef. However, the downside is that u will have to share table with other customers.

THE Japanese restaurant. You enter the Sala of Tokyo and you find a cosy place which looks like someone gave a Japanese touch to a Swiss restaurant. But there is also this very friendly staff which gives you the feeling that you are very welcome to this treasure.

We had fresh edamame and cold sake. The sukiyaki was outstanding, everything was fresh with an intense taste. Even this is not the cheapest place in Zurich, it is definitely worth every Swiss Franc. We will certainly come back.

Went to this place knowing it was kinda pricey, worth every penny ! Staff was great, I got Thai course, yummy !
