This is one of my favorite places to dine. The service is wonderful and the food is even better. I only wish they were open for dinner. I recommend this restaurant on a consistent basis.

One of the best Pho we've had outside of Vietnam. Very flavorful broth, fresh basil and green chili to compliment it, noodles cooked just right. Pork and shrimp spring rolls and Bahn Mi with grilled pork were very good too. Place was packed with lunch crowd but wait for our order was pretty short, they are very efficient. Highly recommend!

What? In Kansas? My husband and I visited here based on Yelp reviews. It's not some place you would just run across, but we are so glad we sought it out. We had their signature spring roll. Very good! The pho was next. As good or better than any I've had, and I LOVE pho! Cafe su dah ended our meal. Awesome. It is family owned and run, and even though it was very busy, the service was excellent.

Darn near perfect combination pho here. They went light on the tripe, which is just fine as it is my least favorite meat item in the bowl. The broth was incredible... I used no hoisin and almost skipped the sriracha. The remaining meat items were just right. I loved the brisket with just a bit of the top fat left on. The pieces of tendon were perfect as well. Service comes from the whole crew.

Very good. I got a grilled pork noodle bowl and enjoyed it thoroughly. The atmosphere in in dining room is very good too. I still think Pho Hoa One in Garden City is a little better.

Just finished my meal at Saigon Cafe Bistro. It was fantastic. I'm used to eating on the west coast where we have a lot more Asian food options. This meal filled that hole in my soul.
The atmosphere is modern, with lots of red, black and white. The entire place was spotless and the walls looked as newly painted as they did when I came through two years ago. We arrived not long after the 11AM open on Friday and found the place half full. It quickly filled up, and people were waiting for a table by noon.
The menu was clean, clear, and helpfully spelled out items that a customer new to vietnamese food might not know. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. It was lovely to get my hot tea replaced with a new bag and water by our busy server when I only asked for a little more water.
My $7 pork noodle bowl with one egg roll had just the right mix of ingredients and was filling, but not huge. (Perfect for a quick lunch.) There's a larger, $11 option with two egg rolls that I might pick for dinner. My dinner companion ordered the pork and shrimp rice plate for $14. It was huge and tasty. We took half of it home.
I didn't order the Pho, but kind of wished I had when we watched someone else's go by. Next time, I'll be sure to order it.
I'd recommend Saigon Cafe to even my pickiest friends. Best meal I've had in a while.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mika W.Sublette, KS44Sep 29, 2013
This place has the BEST Vietnamese food in southwest Kansas!! EXTRA yummy spring rolls and the peanut dipping sauce is divine. I always have the bowl of rice noodles with lettuce, cilantro, carrots, homemade fish sauce, grilled chicken and fried egg rolls with seafood and pork inside the egg rolls(I think that's what's in them...sooo delicious!) My husband gets the grilled chicken, rice, salad, and soup meal...such awesome quality food!! I have NEVER been disappointed by Saigon's clean and modern atmosphere, their food, or their service. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get our meal, but I can tell it's because they are making it fresh for each of their customers, and it's definitely worth the wait. Wonderful place!!

I must admit, I was very surprised (and a bit skeptical) when I heard about Saigon Cafe Bistro. But being from the west coast, I had to give it a try. Boy, was I glad I did! I worked nearby for a week, and this was my go to place for lunch. The bistro staff is friendly, the food tasty and fresh, and the restaurant itself is modern, CLEAN, and inviting. This restaurant is a gem, and I hope the word gets out!! If I ever return to Dodge again, I will patronize this lovely restaurant again. Thank you!

This place is amazing! Went there to try it out and what a surprise. I like the environment and the service is really genuine. I really like the chicken rice plate, pho is good on the cold days, appetizers are delicious, their jumbo fried shrimp are the best around town and now they are having boba tea drinks! Try it out, I like it and it's not greasy like Chinese fast food!! :)
