They have great sandwiches here. I usually get the dac biet or special one that has several types of meat, pate and veggies. I've also enjoyed the vietnamese barbecue pork one. They are so cheap that you can order one of each and split with a few friends.
the building conforms / makes use of an interesting intersection and the food is no frills fantastic. goose liver sandwich for less than 3 dollars; chilled, canned, coffee "drink"; 45 sq. ft. of pure sandwich magic.
