Oops, I was sent to this salon by the darling concierge at our great hotel ,while we were in our hometown for a big event!! I should have known better!! I know where to go, but I wanted a close salon for a pedicure for me and a quick styling of my friend's darling short haircut! OH NO!!! My friend's short do turned out to look like a suburban housewife FRUMP LUMP in the hands of the recommended Carlo. I even asked from my pedi chair if he could give it a bit of a rock and roll edge and I swear the guy just glared at me!! No sense of humor!!?? The tab was $45 for that disaster, but we did have a great laugh over it, thanks Carlo!! My pedi was fine, but WOW $55, hey it's Austin, not NYC!!
Would I go back, NO!!!! Please ask about their prices!! I travel a lot and go to spas and I haven't seen prices like that in a while!! There are a lot of great hair salons in my old hometown just pass this one up.
