Founded by Pamela Warshay, Sage Fitness was established to help clients experience the benefits the founder discovered while looking to rehabiliate her own chronic back injury.
It has been Pamela's goal to introduce cutting edge fitness and health programs to help her clients on their paths the wellness and balance.

Meet the Business Owner: Pamela W.

Teaching since 1994, Pamela specializes in working with business professionals, golfers and professional dancers. Additionaly, she is an authorized Gyrotonic pre-trainer, teaching individuals who are working towards Gyrotonic certification.
Her experience in addressing subtle alignment issues and chronic injuries while seriously stregnthening her clients draws people looking to bridge the gap between post physical therapy and traditional work outs.
