Now I didn't use it and let's say it was a little on the pricey side. 42 bucks for a diamond tipped tile bit. You would have thought I was taking food off of the owner's table. Nowhere on the receipt or the purchase form did it say no returns. So not needing a bit of that cost or style. I heard how he's losing money and how could I purchase something and then not use it. maybe because the people I was working for already owned one. But I was made to feel like I was hurting him and his family. So if I need another bit or anything I'll think twice about going to Safer.

This place so many tools and parts is pieces for the flooring world. This was the first time is this store or any safer store in maybe 15 years but they still have what I needed.
