Very friendly and helpful. I did a little shopping around before I throw my stuff into storage and I thought this place was the friendliest and the most helpful. They have a "free" move in truck to get your big items there which was very awesome. There was some small fees to pay but way cheaper than renting a truck. The staff showed me all around and I do mean all around. I apologized for being one of those customers who can't make up their minds but they never complained. They actually never looked pissy the whole time. Gotta love that for service. So now I have stuff there and I'm very happy.. they have competitive prices and an alarm system and cameras so you feel nice and secure. Very clean and the spaces are nicely sized. Highly recommend this place to others.

I rent a space for all those boxes of tax records and for supplies I buy in bulk that won't fit at my primary business. I also have portable makeup and hair stations that I take to those "on location"  jobs. I store thousands worth in makeup that melts in heat.  I've been renting from this place for years, and left for one month last August. I shopped long and hard--we have quite a few options in this area. I settled on a storage close to my new home. The unit at the new place got so hot that I had to leave. The heat takes a toll on stuff. Going to my storage unit on hot days to turn on a fan or open the doors just does not work. I can't risk losing that much on a day I might not be around to get there. I shopped a few more places and ended up back at Saf Keep. Not only is the staff excellent, but the location and material that the walls are made from will keep the storage rooms at a temperature that is better suited for storage of just about anything. It is now worth a little extra driving here and there.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer.  Saf Keep's staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.  I actually called around and even had a reservation at another nearby storage facility located near a business park, thinking that it was my only choice (I had a previous dealing with them, but wasn't happy about their lack of follow through with their rental trucks -- for fear of a defamation lawsuit, the other storage place will remain nameless).  After I secured my reservation at the other place, I did some searching around for reviews and stumbled on the review about Saf Keep on Yelp.  I called Saf Keep and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and courteous staff which intrigued me enough to stop by for a tour.  I canceled my other reservation a few minutes after the end of the tour.

It's true about the "free" 14 ft. move-in truck (It is free with some negligible fees) and it was a lifesaver!  I would have had to rent a truck from uhaul, home depot or some other truck rental company to get all the stuff from my house to the storage facility.  

The price was also easier on the wallet than the other place.  I got a bigger unit for less money that I would have paid for a slightly smaller elsewhere and I could pay month-to-month.  You have to watch out for the promo deals at some of the other franchises because there are strings attached.  The first month might be a dollar, but the minimum number of months contract and "promo" rates for this "deal" make up for the first month's discounted rate.  

I also chose this place for their alarm on each unit, cleanliness, steel walls and doors, lighting in each unit, hall and perimeter, and feeling of safety at any time day or night that I went by.
