After seven years of awful dentist and worse hygienists, I finally found Dr Sachs. He does a neat job, cheerfully answers any questions, gives sound advice and doesn't berate you for occasionally forgetting to floss. Everyone at the office is friendly and no one rushes you or makes you wait without explanation. My pearly(ish) whites feel safe and sound with Dr Sachs. Bonus points for a great sense of humor too. A little laughter goes a long way in dealing with having a drill in your mouth.

After having a really horrible experience with my last dentist, my colleague recommend I visit Dr. Sachs to fix the work of my previous dentist. Dr. Sachs was great! He compared my previous x-ray (which I received from my last dentist) and compared it with the current one...he then went tooth by tooth to explain what had been done and what he needed to fix. One of the problems I was having was that my previous dentist had botched up a filling which was next to a pre-existing crown, potentially damaging the crown (which was super pricey to being with). Long story short, Dr. Sachs re-did the fillings (pain-free) and found a way to save the crown so I didn't have to shell out an extra $900. He is great at communication, is extremely trustworthy, and has a great sense of humor. Additionally, because I was getting some "re-work" done his staff was very diligent about investigating my insurance coverage beforehand so that there weren't any surprises. I am extremely happy I visited him.
