Sachi, as a whole, is difficult to review because the all the stylists rent out their booths at Sachi. Therefore, each stylist has different training, prices, and uses different products.
The Salon itself is classy, clean and a great place to people watch. There is also often coffee, tea, lemonade and cookies for clients to munch on while sitting under the hair dryer. A recent feature are little tv's in each stylist's booths - although I am not sure how well they work as my stylist hasn't bothered to learn about it.
The reason that I only give them 4 stars is because the reception staff kind of sucks. There have been several times they had scheduled me to come in earlier than my stylist gets there, and many years ago when I went to get a fancy "up-do" they had scheduled me with a stylist that doesn't do styling.
I really enjoyed my visit to this upscale Scottsdale salon. I booked an appointment with Tiffany Carter in the hopes that she would be able to give me the right shade of blonde. In the past I have had trouble articulating to my stylist exactly what color I am trying to achieve but Tiffany gave me an exceptional result. I would suggest her to anyone looking for the *just right* shade of blonde. All in all, I left feeling really relaxed and pleased with my hair. I can't wait to go back!
The salon is clean and sophisticated yet at the same time has a fun-upbeat atmosphere. I am really writing this review for my stylist, Brad. I came here because Brad recently moved to Sachi from another local salon and since he does such a great job I followed him. Brad not only has an awesome personality but does an amazing job. He listens to what you have to say but still offers his professional opinion. I strongly encourage people who are looking for a great haircut, style, etc. to book an appointment with Brad. You won't be disappointed.

I have two words for you "talented artist." That is the best way for me to describe my hair stylist, Sarah Jane. I have very long and fine blond hair and I think in the past I have always been apprehensive to try someone new to go to, but let me tell you, I wish that I would have known about Sarah's work along time ago. I am constantly asked who does my hair and I always feel so good about myself with all the compliments that I continue to receive. Sarah is not only amazing with cutting, but knows how to get the exact shade of color to compliment your complexion. I know that you will be so happy that you switched to Sarah and will only wish she had been doing your hair years ago!
Go here and ask for Sarah. She has been cutting my girlfriend's and my hair for years. The results are always great and the style lasts a long time. The color that she uses on my girlfriend's hair looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah for men's or women's styling. She does not rush you and will make sure everything is done right. We live in Los Angeles, and my girlfriend will only go to Sarah for styling.
I've been going to Sarah at Sachi salon since moving to Phoenix earlier this year. I have extremely difficult hair that had been relaxed using the Japanese relaxer process for over 7 years. Sarah has helped revive my hair and bring it back to health. She truly knows how to work with curly hair and her blow outs are absolutely amazing. Give Sarah a try... I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I am in love with my hair stylist, Farrah. She works at Sachi and all of the stylists pay for their spots in the salon. The salon recently went through a major remodel so now it is more posh. I am currently growing my hair out and whenever I get frustrated, I give Farrah a call and ask for her to give me the good "Farrah hair". I have never had such good hair cuts. I'll admit she isn't inexpensive, but she is worth every penny. I have never gotten a bad cut from her!
