Yay! I'm a fan. Laundry drop off aka wash and fold is the new staple of our society. This place does it well. Here is how I rate a good laundry service.
1. They have never lost anything
2. My socks are correctly matched
3. No phantom bleach stains
4. They get the job done on time*
5. Laundry smells nice
6. Towels are folded properly into 3 sections.
* disclaimer - every morning when I drop off , the nice lady behind the counter after weighing my bag says "ohhhh no , I have many clothes to do , cannot get this done today" Of course this is contrary to the sign on the window which reads same day service. Regardless of her daily protests, I say "give it your best shot" they always get it done on time and with a smile. HA. So basically I chalk her protests up to a knee jerk type reaction and laugh as I walk out every morning, then pick up promptly at 5pm.
As far as price goes, I've tried other services and the prices are about the same. This place charges you an extra $2.50 for 'the works' which is bleach for whites, sort and softener where most places include that , but the $2.50 is for your whole order, not by the bag so it all evens out as they are a little cheaper per pound. I think my average is about 25lbs and its under $20 bucks.
