sorry, ive knocked you down, why? well because you are completely incompetent.
so i made an appointment with my main man MOE (still the shit) and i get a call yesterday from the receptionist saying that whoever picked up the phone and scheduled my last appointment, didnt know how to make appointments ??!?!?! and that my was a mistake and i needed to be rescheduled. ok, this is the 5th time this kind of BS has happened to me in recent years.
so my question is, if they dont know what they are doing, why are they answering the phone?
seeing that no other yelpers are posting, well i guess it doesnt really matter too much huh?
