I'm so relieved to find a reliable and competent plumbing company. I had to get my toilets replaced and some leaks fixed. S&S was able to come the day after I called. The plumber showed up early and was very nice and clean. The price was reasonable, and the work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the future. I also liked how they were honest and straightforward about the pricing when I called for a quote.

They cancelled an appointment on me minutes before the appointment time. They said it's because I asked for a discount. Is this a joke?

My water heater stopped working. I called them, explained my problem, and they said they'd call me to setup a time. Never heard back. Call them again, two days later, again they said someone would call back and I never heard. I ended up going with another plumber.

*Maybe* this company offers competant plumbing services, but I wouldn't know, as they had no record of the appointment I set for my company today. Very unprofessional.

Used them again when my water heater broke in the middle of the night. They called first thing at 8 AM and had someone over on time at 10 AM. When we found out we needed a new heater they were able to get it and install it that same day. As for the price, it was fairly expensive (again $95/hour for labor and it took almost three hours) but since they did such a good job I didn't mind.
