Wow, Rymenmy's massages were rejuvenating! I took three lunch breaks to go back and get a massage. It's true what they say, "the hand is mightier than the sword!"

I just finished 5 trial sessions at Rymenmy yoga and each class with Rubi has been wonderful. Rymenmy yoga and other classes offered are taught with a Chinese and Tai Chi inspiration vs traditional Indian practice. Although it has not been what I am used to, Rubi has opened my eyes to different practices, techniques and her spirit is very encouraging. As the studio is still growing small class sizes are a major plus!

Our healing center is dedicated to expansion, transformation and awareness. Come participate in healing through many classes and sessions we offer such as Yoga, tai-chi, qi-gong, pilates, Reiki, Yoga 4 Kids, Massage, meditation, acupuncture, and Angel therapy.
