Limited menu, steak, seafood, 2 pasta dishes, ..I had the shrimp scampi, it was good but I felt naseous after so I'm a littler sad, I love shrimp...

The hot bread and my greygoose appletini's were good...our server for our party of 18 was excellent...but coming from CA,...this restaurant reminded me of the Fish Market in Nor Cal...with a lot less fresh fish selection...

With all the other restuarants in the area I would have rather gone somewhere else...

Had a party of 30 here for dinner.....food was excellent....even for so many orders being placed...the food was prepared correctly for everyone.

Views are spectacular at night....try to get a window seat.....

Seems like everyone had a good meal...not a complaint out of 30 people.

We come to brunch each Father's Day NEVER to be dissappointed!  Park in their lot and then after your meal, stroll along the water to the merry go round, rent a few small crafts to zip around the bay in, visit the sub or the ships in the harbor, top it off with an outdoor drink and it's a LOVELY afternoon!

The best place to eat as a tourist in Baltimore. It's ON the harbor. It has a view of inner harbor and downtown skyline. The view is incredible day and night. The food is standard American steak/seafood fare. I had the crabcakes - they were big and chunky and good. The bar had good beers on tap and there was even a guy playing piano for everyone. If you're a tourist - go here.

The view is great.  But I dont know anyone who goes for the food.  Expensive, too.  So grab a drink & sit out on the deck as long as you can afford the prices.

I loved this place, but unfortunately i parked on the OTHER side of the inner harbor and the walk over there around the harbor was VERY windy and VERY cold.  We had the best seat in the house, a view of the whole entire harbor, the view was spectacular.  Great date place.  SUPER expensive, but I thought the food was great.. Fried Oysters.  YUMMMM.  We stumbled in this place by accident, we were looking for somewhere that'll strap a bib to us hand us a hammer, and we can start beating some shellfish, so when we walked in , and especially in the end when we were handed a $300 bill walking out we were very surprised, but still loved it, would go again.

If you are a Baltimore native, then you are aware of our seafood tendencies, especially since we have the Chesapeake Bay (known for its delicious crabs).  I first discovered the Rusty Scupper in May of 2003, when I was asked to prom for a second time.  I complied.  Once entering the establishment, I initially noticed the view. It was dazzling.  The Inner Harbor was sparkling from the setting of the sun.  The restaurant itself looked like an old pirate boat, but decorative.  We started with an appetizer; (and I'm at a lack for the precise name) spinach & artichoke dip($12.99).  I followed with a shrimp linguine dish that came sauteed with this creme garlic butter-like sauce.  It suited me well, but the cost was outrageous ($18).  She for some odd reason bought chicken strips($9.99), but hey we all have our tastes right?  After dinner, I drank a glass of mer-lot and we took a stroll near the water.  Overall, I would recommend this restaurants for highly established couples, but not as a first time endeavor or for those who are more conservative.

We came for the Sunday brunch buffet and JUST MISSED it (they close it up at 1pm and we got there at 12:45 and decided we didn't want to rush it)  =(

So instead we ordered from the regular menu, each of us getting the crab cake sandwich, sharing an order of the raw oysters sampler, a cup of cream of crab soup, and sharing an side of the crab-stuffed shrimp.

The cream of crab soup was very yummy, chunks of real, fresh crab (just not enough of it!!) and creamy, but not so rich you feel sick afterwards.  The crab cake must've been the best crab cake I've ever had, again, with real, fresh crab meat.  But, I don't know, maybe I'm not really a crabcake person.  And oysters were tasty and quite large compared to other oysters I've had.  The crab-stuffed shrimp was ok, pretty rich, but by the time I had a bite of it I was so stuffed from everything else.  Bread was also served with a delicious "specialty of the house" roasted red pepper and garlic spread, yum yum!

I must say the service here was one of the best I've ever had.  We had to wait a bit longer than usual for our soups to come out, so the waiter brought out an extra cup of soup "on the house" (we had only ordered one).  He was very attentive, informative, courteous, friendly throughout the entire dinner, and very helpful in recommending wines.  Really one of the best servers I've ever had.  I only wish I can remember his name!

We were seated right next to the large windows overlooking the harbor, which added to the whole experience.

One annoyance I had about this place was that they wouldn't let us be seated during brunchtime because we decided to not do the Sunday brunch buffet.  So we had to sit at the bar for 15 minutes (until brunchtime officially ended at 1pm) and order drinks while "waiting" to be seated at a table, even though there were PLENTY of empty tables they could've seated us at right then and there!  A second (but small) annoyance was that after we finished our bread basket, we didn't ask for more bread (I'm trying to not be a pig), but our waiter said he'd bring us another basket.  But he never did.

But the Sunday brunch looked really delicious, I only regret not coming earlier to try it out.  I think it's about $40/person? They also play live jazz during brunchtime.
