I love this place! It's got the greatest smoothies on earth (blended with yummilicious fruit of all types you can think of) and the homemade gelato is out of this world. I make the hike all the way to North Boulder just to get my smoothie fix, and I love that they make them with soy milk or fat free mllk if you want too. They are also famous for smoothie bowls which is a great breakfast treat.

The location ain't the most welcoming (next to commercial buildings along Broadway) and the dine-in space is small although there is an outdoor patio. But if you're in the mood for great smoothies, you just gotta rush to Rush!

I've been experiencing the smoothies and bowls here since the North Boulder Rush opened, and they're great!  Natural ingredients, creative smoothie ideas and always open to making custom smoothies too.  Very reasonable prices.  A smoothie here costs literally HALF as much as at Organic Orbit across the street, with quality ingredients and comparable portions.  

I love it that Rush is in what I refer to as a 'studio-industrial' complex, it just adds to the pleasant atmosphere here.  The smooth polished upper crust yuppiesque clusters of  businesses and residences across the street often feels constrained and uncomfortable for long-time Boulderites.  

The owner of Rush has put much positive energy into remodeling the place and it is bright and comfortable.  The after school crowd seems to love it, and so do I.  Try the American Buddha!!!
