I'm from outta town so I didn't expect too much except a good time. The dude sittin next to me @ the bar seemed to enjoy his wings and the drinks were cold soo...Service was great and the crowd was rowdy-fun times. I'll be back...
Rudino's is great for the lunch pizza buffet. The service at this particular location stinks the big one. We have been 3 times and never had decent service. Our first venture we ended up with both of our sandwiches wrong, I wanted mine replaced, and when it came out it was wrong a second time, I choked it down as we had by that point been there two hours! Service is slow, slow, slow.
this place is god awful!!! the foods terrible & the service sucks. our waitress only refilled our drinks once in an hour (leaving us dying of thirst for about 45 minutes!) and spent most of the time in the kitchen talking with her friends. the chicken wings were actually pretty good, but we figured out they were exactly the same tyson frozen wings we had at home. my reuben sandwich tasted like plastic and the fries were cold. it took 15 minutes to find a manager, only to then have her lean over the table wearing a low cut top and a push up bra which i found highly offensive, as if flashing herself was going to get them off the hook. she did however give us the meal for free. it took an hour and a half for us to have a less than mediocre meal in somewhere that we should've been in and out of in 20-30 minutes max. we wont be going back, other than to see Erik Smallwood's performances.
