My main concern was the server. First he was dressed in a red dress shirt and jeans - no server apron, no way to identify him as an employee. Level of enthusiasm was at zero - no pleasantries, no excitement for the work.

Terrible...terrible...terrible. 3 steaks in a row after an hour wait. The 1st steak was missing the cracked peppercorn, the cream sauce, and the Asiago cheese. The second steak was the first steak brought back to the table with some half melted Asiago cheese thrown on top. The third steak was brought to the table medium rare with 2 peppercorns swimming through the blood pooling throughout the plate. After that, we left. The manager nor the servers seem to know who they are, where they are, or what they should be doing. The 4 other tables around us all had complaints about their orders, the service, and the food. I would never recommend this Ruby Tuesday's.

This chain location used to be a very reliable place to get a decent burger, but after the second terrible experience in a row, it's obvious the quality has seriously declined.
On both occasions, the "premium" pretzel burgers that my wife and I ordered medium came out of the kitchen well done - to the point of dried out and tasteless.
Tonight, we gave them another shot, but it will be the last time. I'm well aware that burgers should have a fair amount of grease (fat) when cooked properly for taste, but the bottom buns, lettuce and burgers were DRIPPING with grease - to the point that they seemed like they had been put in the deep fryer.
Having cooked many burgers properly myself, the only way I could possibly imagine they were dried out AND dripping in grease is that they were microwaved, then put in the deep fryer. Of course that's only speculation, but I can only guess how you can mess up a burger this bad.

Great and friendly place!! We ordered burgers with sweet potato fries. Upon receiving our order, we noticed we didn't get our sweet potato fries. No problem! They brought them out promptly!!
Our waiter was Jeffery! He was kind personable and outgoing!
Atmosphere was quiet and very family oriented.

I recommended this restaurant to my family because of their lighter menu options. Our waitress Amy K. was really very nice. She answered all our questions and took her time. The manager Chris W.was also very nice . Even though some member of our party were not extremely happy with some of their food, he was accomodating and we were still able to leave with a very good impression of this restaurant. As always I enjoyed the Avocado Turkey burger and my aunt really enjoyed the ribs.

This ruby Tuesdays was horrible is all I have to say!!! Maybe it was because we went an hour before close but still that doesn't give you the right to skip on the quality of food and service. The waitresses didn't come to check on the tables it was like a ghost town. My fiancé's salmon was not done it was super raw in the middle they offered to make it again but after waiting 45 min and still not ready we decided not to even get the meal. The manager offered a free dessert but he hadn't even had dinner. We both had he hickory bourbon salmon with the zucchini squash and the squash has no flavor. We have had this dish and other locations many times and this was by far the worst ever I don't know if this was a bad night or a bad crew on this particular day but I know I will never ever ever go back to this location ever again. Poor food and service all the way around.

celebrated my birthday here and i won't get tired of coming back! Love the salad bar the most. The last time were there though the service was so slow but that only happened once. Make sure to try pretzel burger its the best!

Garden bar was very disappointing. Friendly service, but slow. Out of several items requested. Did offer replacement for same price.

The service here is excellent. Generally speaking, when a table orders, they try to get the food out to the table at all the same time, however, occasionally, the cook may prepare a rare steak too soon, and it sits and continues to cook while waiting for the rest of the food. This is completely understandable and occasionally happens and is almost inevitable. That being said, if/when there is the slightest issue this the rareness of my steak they have always quickly re-made my meal to perfection. It has always be delicious. I just can't get over how good the service is, it's not like they're on standby hovering over you are trying to work for that tip, they just make sure you're taken care of adequately. I often go here for date night. Great joint.

Well I should have known when we walked in on a Thursday night at 7pm and the place was almost empty not to expect too much. Started with 2 appetizers The "Loaded" Potato Chips. Looked like Walmart brand chips with a spoonful of "salsa" on them. Then I ordered the Nashville Shrimp. If they were cooked any longer you could have gave them to kids to use as a bouncy ball. Absolutely terrible. Pulled the breading off one to show it to my server and she said let me take that back for you. Well they never replaced it but did take it off our bill. Then I ordered the "FULL" rack of ribs. Not a rack in site but instead it was like three 2.5" pieces on top of each other. Tasted like they were nuked certainly did not have that slow roasted taste. The Classic BBQ sauce was very tasty. With it came a loaded baked potato that was NOT even hot enough for the butter to melt. And the Cilantro corn not bad tasting but also tasted and had the texture of something that was microwaved. Overall VERY POOR quality food and doubtful of a return to this location...
