Food was just ok..nothing I would order again...had a party of 14...one sever ...two of us did not receive food until after the other 12 were almost completely finished eating...the food delivered to me was not even what I had ordered
...took over 30 min for the server to complete our check out process....even had to ask for manager to come assist...while trying to get our checks paid, our server went to another table that had come in after us and checked them out...when I asked about it the server got offensive....I mentioned I would never eat here again to which she replied...I don't care..I don't own Ruby Tuesday...that's not any type of customer service in my book...I teach customer service all day long for a living and today we received
none....the food was not good enough to make me want to come back to Ruby Tuesday ever again with a poor example of customer service like we had today..we were in the restaurant over two hours
..majority spent waiting for food and waiting to pay out...my recommendation
.stay away from this Ruby Tuesday .

We ordered over $100 worth of food to go. My husbands salmon came with 12 tater tots and not even a half a cup of broccoli. My hamburger that was supposed to be medium was completely raw inside.

Go for the salad bar. Often understaffed but the people working are working their tails off. Pleasant experience in spite of being short handed

Wonderful service, great food, very clean. We enjoyed the wait staff, who did everything they could to make our visit special.
We visited on Mother's Day and expected a long wait, but we got right in. The staff was exceptionally helpful with my sister, who is a special needs adult (Down syndrome).
If I have any complaint, it would be that we were shown to a table that wasn't quite ready for us - but once we were seated, everything was wonderful.

Service was great.
Food/environment is mediocre. I stopped here on my trip back home. It was 630p on a Sunday evening and the restaurant wasn't too packed... there were empty booths but the hostess can't seat us due to COVID and probably short staffed. It was a 10-15 min wait.
Food is comparable to TGIF and other chain restaurants. The grilled salmon/fries were more salty. The ribs were OK. It was a quick in and out pit stop for dinner... other than McDonald's or BK.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Don't waste your money. This place is terrible. Extremely slow. I waited almost one hour for a Cheese burger and fries.

My daughter and I went to Ruby Tuesday's today. My daughter ordered the brisket grilled cheese. I asked our server about the grilled chicken mac and cheese. She highly recommended it. I tried it and absolutely loved it. Taylor was our server. One of the most pleasant experiences we've had eating out in awhile. We wanted for nothing. We'll definitely be back and ask for her section.

I had an enjoyable visit to this location during my visit to Fayetteville. In the midst of shopping for our family traditional Easter egg hunt & dinner-we got hungry & Ruby Tuesday was the choice!
Our waitress was enthusiastic and made good recommendations and provided wonderful service! The downside is the food is not always high quality-but it takes the hunger away in that moment!

I was very disappointed in this order. I ordered delivery by DoorDash and have to say the delivery service was great. The food however was horrible. I ordered a full rack of ribs with loaded fries and corn. All of the food came jumbled up together in one container. This means my fries were soggy on the bottom from corn juice. The top of the fries were soggy from what appeared to be and tasted like cheese whiz. Flavor was gross. Because it was all dumped in a container together my ribs had cheese on them. Barbecue ribs and cheese do not go together. The corn I ordered was described as buttered corn, but there wasn't any butter flavor to it.
Before Covid, my husband and I used to eat at this restaurant every week and were always satisfied. I hate to see that it has gone downhill so badly. I will not eat here again. However, my husband and I both ended up in the bathroom later. TMI, I know, but I'm just stating facts. Greeter was very nice and personable. Our waitress was one of the worst ever. We had to wait a full 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by her. We ordered water and the special 3-course meal. My husband had to ask 3 times before our water was finally brought to us, which she promptly set down on the opposite side of a six person table we were seated at (just the two of us). Keep in mind, the restaurant was nearly empty so I don't know why we couldn't have had a smaller table. Anyway, my husband stretched across the table and got our waters for us. Question when you order "with lemon" why do some restaurants dump it in the glass? Common sense says you can't taste the lemon unless it is squeezed into the glass, so why not prop it on the edge of the glass like other restaurants, or serve in a dish?
When our food came out, he requested extra sauce (bourbon sauce) for his steak and I requested ketchup. After my food was already cold, she brought the extra sauce for his steak, but no ketchup. She went back to get it. Finally, my husband borrowed the bottle from the table next to us. By this time his water glass was empty so he got her attention by holding up his glass and pointing to it. She nodded and we thought she went to get him some....not so. So we shared mine. Then both our glasses were empty. I had to get up and go to the bar area to get them filled myself.
Okay, meal over, so we put in for our desserts that came with the meal. While waiting, we spoke with the Manager. He seemed very nice, but what we noticed was he was doing more than his staff. We watched our waitress the whole time we were there, along with some other wait staff. They weren't busily getting things done, they were all congregated by the bar laughing and talking.
As I told the Manager, if the restaurant had been busy, or if the staff had large parties and were running back and forth, I could have been understanding, but to see them all slacking off in the bar area while he (the manager) was running around like a chicken with his head cut off was completely unacceptable.
I think it goes without saying, we don't be back. Maybe we'll drive all the way out to Ramsey Street next time because we already had a previous bad experience with the Skibo location as well. Hope this helps some of you diners out there BEFORE you choose this restaurant.
One last note, the Manager did offer several times to comp our meals, but we chose to pay for them in full. We do not complain in order to get free food, we complain so that maybe someone will take note and make changes for the betterment of the establishment.Aug 25, 2017Previous reviewWe drove all the way over here from the other side of town because I thought it would be cleaner than the Ruby Tuesday on Skibo. Boy was I mistaken. This is one of the nastiest restaurants I have ever eaten in. The dust falls from the lampshades onto the tables below and probably into the food. The blinds look like people have sneezed all over them and never cleaned and then they've got a coating of dust on top of that. The service lacks a lot to be desired. Our waitress came to the table maybe twice the entire time we were there and it took 30 minutes to get an appetizer, which she served up without any plates to eat off of. When she asked if I wanted a plate I told her yes, but she never brought one. As my food was getting colder by the minute, I decided to get up and go get one myself off of the salad bar, but there weren't any! Don't think I'll be coming back. do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat.
