This place has something for everyone. Good deals if you sign up on the email list. I love the new blackened tilapia w/mango sauce..they did this dish dairy free for me!!

Despite seeing commercials in California for Ruby Tuesday on TV, my friend had never been able to find a restaurant...until we traveled to Colorado.
Coming in the middle of a small blizzard, the place had a decent number of people enjoying dinner.
The food is just okay and is pretty forgettable; but you probably know that coming here.
My friend had a $5 beergarita which he described as the best margarita he'd ever had so you may want to give that a try. The spinach and artichoke dip is ok...there is a LOT of spinach in it; almost enough to consider the dish healthy. Every entree includes unlimited salad bar + 1 side or 2 sides. The salad bar has your typical staple, iceberg lettuce, maybe romaine, spring mix, and spinach. There are a bunch of different forgettable toppings and a bunch of mislabeled dressings. The grilled zuchinni is a winner. I heard the burgers here were good but it was pretty mediocre.
Overall, not an unreasonable place to get fed. I would not look forward to getting a meal here. -

I seriously feel like this is the only Ruby Tuesday in the state (yes I know there's a handful of others around the front range... but only after searching on their website). Back east these things were all over the place.
The food is priced pretty cheaply for being in Dillon. I normally expect food here to be a good $5-$10 more expensive for an entree. A pleasant surprise.
The steak is pretty good for not being a steakhouse. Friend ordered the 14 oz rib eye and it came out exactly how he wanted, rare. The ribs experience at this location and visit was not as great. Dry and chewy throughout. The exact antithesis of what ribs should be.
The salad bar. Man, I feel like Ruby Tuesday's salad bar buffet is something that defines them. It's an additional ~$3 with any entree and you get access to this massive salad bar. It's kind of buried in the back at this location but I had no trouble finding my way. It was packed with fresh veggies and nothing was empty. This is actually kind of a rarity I've found at RT's, so way to go! -

This was the first Ruby Tuesday's that i've been to, I tried it a few years ago, but HAD to go back on this trip to Colorado. It is one of those places that is a MUST. (BTW, 'm so glad they opened one in San Bernardino- haven't tried that one yet).
The service was a bit slow and we never got our drinks refilled, but the salad bar is always so good with such a great selection. I love the baby portabellos and the blue cheese dressing! :) My sister ordered the mushroom burger, I got the tilapia. Both my husband and I thought that the rice was just so-so. Could have been better with more seasoning. Overall, I like the menu and the selection Ruby Tuesday's has, but it's not great- it is good though, and i'd come back. -

The chicken appetizers were great, the Parmesan shrimp pasta was OK but by no means excellent. Slow service and mediocre food, this ruby tuesdays does not live up to this otherwise reputable chain

Not bad. I mean we were expecting a dolled up Sizzler, Chili's or a T.G.I. Fridays. It was so much better! You wouldn't expect a chain restuarant to carry a decent salad spread. Honestly one of the best salad bars I had ever seen. There were thick slices of portabello mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles, tomato and mozarella salad and freshly made croutons that rocked my world. I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Penne in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce. It gave me heartburn for quite a while but it was so worth it. The white cheddar mashed potatoes were pretty sic too. Good stuff. I was surprisingly pleased with my cherry popping experience at Ruby Tuesday.

Terrible. It took an HOUR to order a hamburger and kids meal on sat afternoon when the place was half empty. Then when the food showed up it was cold. The waitresses explanation was that the kitchen was slow. No apology. Avoid at all costs!
