Great dealer! I purchased a used SUV and Melissa my sales person was fantastic. She worked with me long distance to value my trade and collect all the information on the vehicle I was buying going above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Very smooth transaction and would recommend this dealer to anyone - FANTASTIC JOB MELISSA!

Walked in to 'look' at a Mazda 3 walked out leasing it. Juan was so easy to talk with, knowledgeable about the vehicle and helpful. Troy in finance was equally friendly and a delight to chat over options with. Both men made the whole car leasing experience a great one. Thanks guys, we couldn't be happier!

Don't bother buying a Mazda if you have an Apple I phone. Their system doesn't pair with Apple I phones.Forget about pairing 2 phones, it won't hold the pairing with one. My wife has to go back to the dealership continuously because her phone constantly disconnects from the pairing. I can't listen to pandora . It's back to listening to staticky radio.Am I glad I leased.
Upon speaking to the dealer they acknowledged that there is this problem and maybe at some time in the future there will be an update to their software that will correct this problem. I won't hold my breath.
In addition, when you have an I phone the navigation speaks to you as you go but because of this problem with Mazda the navigation on my I phone no longer speaks whether the Bluetooth is on or off.
I'm stuck. Don't let this happen to you.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Idk about the sales but I don't recommend buying a car here because the service department is the worst, they have no idea how to fix there own cars on top of that they make u pay for mistakes they make on their end.
I TRIED getting my car fixed there , a Mazda 6, it took a month to get it to run and it still wasn't fixed, after informing them of it being not fixed they told me 4000 for a transmission after spending 2000 on a part that didn't need to be fixed
I took it to Gerico Mazda and had a answer in a day and had it taken care of in a week
I waited a month with no response from royal palm I had to call and be put on hold multiple times before being told my service guy is gone for the day
If u want to get ur car serviced for a rotation and oil change they got u but maybe it'll be done in a week be carefulHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tony E.West Palm Beach, FL1782122Aug 28, 2017
Car searching is extremely stressful, let alone car buying! My salesman Kiel is the definition of a nice person! If your considering Mazda in Royal Palm, ask for him! No jokes, no hassle! Of course - everyone has to do their job so know the tips and tricks to buying a car, because once you leave the salesman, you have to convince the next one in line on price!
Sean at the service desk is very professional, and extremely helpful! Bought my car 3 weeks ago, and I have to say I'm grateful I bought it there!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tom C.Jupiter, FL28321Oct 8, 2017Updated review
The general manager called and basically agreed their pricing tactics are shady but that's just the way it is. I would never go back there.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 23, 2017Previous reviewTruly deceptive practices and the norm here. Online prices are so misleading and do not disclose an attempt by this dealership to take advantage of many peoples normal emotional urges when it comes to car purchase. I visited with the true intention of purchasing an advertised vehicle. After a pleasant experience with the sales person and a thorough test drive I was ready to buy. After being presented with the numbers which included a $1000 dealer fee, a $700 lo jack fee and a couple of hundred dollars in misc annoyance fees, the $6700 vehicle became a $9500 vehicle.
After maintaining a position that the Kelly Blue Book rated the value far below there offer and even agreeing to pay a bit over their advertised price, I walked out after a really pathetic example of why people hate the car buying process. John was the sales manager involved and played the part of the closer well but unfortunately lost a customer as I immediately left and went to another dealership where I completed a purchase transaction without the theatrics and deception. - Don B.Fort Pierce, FL19239May 19, 2015
First, it's early in the experience but the dealership asked me to rate them. If I had started earlier today it may have only been 1 or 2 stars and later in the process, like after my service appointment Saturday it might jump to 4 or 5.
I visited the dealership on Monday night arriving approx 7PM from Lakewood Park/ Ft Pierce. I spoke with the "internet specialist" earlier in the day and asked about a specific car and availability. I wanted to drive a CX-9 Touring and a CX-5 Grand Touring; both used. We got off to a rocky start as I wanted to take a longer test drive than the dealership prefers but we worked past that fairly well. And we had some communications issues concerning my budget but in the end I selected the CX-9 Touring. It had some minor blemishes and at literally the 11th hour I was informed the car had but one key. Again, that was worked through and ultimately the deal was done.
They had only one F&I agent on duty and, I suppose, unexpectedly they sold a few cars Monday after 6 so it took us until PAST MIDnight to finish up. But chapter two now starts - as I said earlier, this started to be a one - two star rating; this morning I text our salesman, Cliff to tell him I left my garage remote in the trade and he left the keybox in my new car and commented on a few other problems. Not long after that communication he called to say; he had secured the first appointment Saturday, they have the additional ($300) key at N/C and will program and deliver saturday, have all the manuals (someone had removed them) and they will look at my NAV/DVD system. It has DVD??? And another feature I wanted but didn't ask for wa HD radio - we're good there as well.
So - we are at 3.5 stars and rising.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Carlee M.Palm Beach, FL165437248Mar 19, 2017
Went there wanting to lease a car and got lies then par service with a rude salesman... Would never consider going back. Never got missing items from my old car, no one would call me back, and want even shown how to drive the new car. Went back the next day and got assistance from an amazing guy, but will never be back

I loooooove RP MAZDA. As a Mazda owner for many years.. I was happy to find a place that I could not only buy my new Mazda from but also get fantastic service and deal with people that I felt were genuine like Anthony a service advisor. From day one I felt he was honest and extremely professional and kind. I would adopt him if I could lol

**This review is for their repair service, not their sales**
After a long road trip to visit my parents, I was having mechanical issues with my Mazda and brought my car in to be looked at by Royal Palm Mazda. They charged me over $750 and made unnecessary repairs to my car and did not fix the actual problem that my car had. I really question if they even took the time to read the error code that prompted my engine light to go on in the first place. I am not sure if it was a matter of laziness or not being honest, but regardless, their work was unacceptable and I would never ever go here again.
For service, I strongly recommend avoiding Royal Pam Mazda for both price and quality of work. This one is surely going on my avoid list.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
