Royal Haze Vapor & Tobacco

I love this shop. The owners are amazing! Their options are incredible and they are always willing to answer questions. I have been in many head shops but Royal Haze is my favorite go to.

Worst experience possible. Decided to try out vaping, went to Royal Haze and bought all suggested items (battery, liquid, and pen top). Battery broke within 3 weeks. Went back to shop for help and they accused me of altering the battery after purchase, which I did not do (and don't know how to do). I requested product info so I could contact manufacturer and they couldn't find it (serial number/purchase info/anything). In fact, this shop stopped selling these batteries due to issues. They refunded my purchase and BANNED me from the store. I don't think I've been to a more screwed up shop in my life. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for your vaping needs.

Their dog aggressively rushed and could have jumped my service dog when we entered the store. The storekeeper pulled the dog off mine before any damage was done fortunately. The store is also dirty and cigarette ash all over the place from the employees smoking in the store.

My all time favorite vape shop around. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry everything here from vape juice, vapes, hookas and accessories, etc. Deff would recommend you to give them a visit if you need anything... great customer service.

I am from North Carolina and I needed to get some vape juice while I was in Boca looked online found this place . I was amazed when I walked in they had everything my local vape stores had and so much more. They treated me just like I was a regular and had everything I was looking for . I have been to vape stores all over the country and this is now my favorite. They gave me a card and I am able to buy from them and they will send everything to my home . I am so happy I stumbled upon this store I would suggest it to everyone.

I went in there a while back and bought an expensive 'frosted glass' name brand tobacco water pipe and it turned out to be counterfeit item. "Frosted glass" was simply plastic veneer that began peeling off with first use. Scary to think others are inhaling this . . . I used to love this shop they gave me a full refund but owner told attendant to tell me to never return. Go to Marleys instead and buy from authorized dealers or buy online direct.

My regular vape shop. They carry everything from Vapes, juices, apparatuses, even down to food. As for the smell of tobacco, it literally says tobacco in the name of the shop. If you're in need of anything vapor, glassware, or anything in between, I deff recommend this place.

I have been going to this place for years. My coworker showed me this vape shop when i was looking for a new vape. the workers christian and lea are the best. They always remember what my go to flavors are and know how to recommend new juices based off of that. there is a small smell of tobacco when walking into the shop but you cant blame them when they have packy's bar&grill next door which has out door smoking area less then 5 feet from their door. with that aside they have a large selection of in house juice flavors, along with other manufacturers. couldnt ask for a better vape shop. oo and if your looking for a special flavor if you talk to one of the workers they can see if that flavor can be made in house may take a few days but can be done. i was looking for the koolada where it has a cooling feeling to the vape juice with out the mint. an they were able to make if for me, just had to wait a few days and it was perfect.

From my first experience coming in here. The customer service was amazing. All of the employees in there are down to earth people that are willing to help you and not give you a hard time when you ask a lot of questions like other vape shops I would enter. Ever since I met Lea, Cristian and Alan. I never wanted to go to any store again. I've been shopping there for over a year now and every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. As for their prices? Fucking great! They give out great deals and they never try to skimp you on a long of their products. It's definitely worth coming here. And for the people who complain about it smelling like smoke? What do you expect? It's a damn vape shop! If you don't like it, don't go inside and go buy your juices at a gas station.
