"Great sandwich! Had the roast beef and jalapeno jack on crunchy sourdough roll and seriously, I have no complaints. Huge sando, great…" read more »
I love this place and don't go often enough. They have all sorts of weird jams and preserves. They have spices. They have a gorgeous, jarred, marinated eggplant and pepper mix. They have baked goods and other "ethnic" loveliness you won't find in your typical big box, white-bread supermarket. They also have a little butcher shop in the back.
From the labels and packaging, they have a lot of Middle Eastern and Russian food. In a bigger city like Oakland, Berkley or San Francisco it might not be note worthy, but here in Fremont it is a great alternative and a small gem.
