RRMC has the flagship ER of the Austin area St.Davids.
They have the best nursing director around! If you ever go as a patient and are taken care of by Camille, consider yourself lucky.
RRMC is not a drs. clinic, that only way to see a doctor is as an ER patient.
Aaaaand I don't think its been a Columbia hospital in at least 5 years. just sayin.............

All of my experiences with Round Rock Medical Center have been as good as a hospital visit can be, but here is one of the highlights.
My Brazilian mother sitting with me in the waiting room, "Jess, is your phone on vibrator?"
If she tries to offer you what sounds like "penis," it's okay, she's offering you "peanuts." I'm not kidding.

Round Rock Medical Center... What can I say aside from, "I owe you my life?".
4 ER's and 7 Doctors in Houston over the course of 1999-2001 couldn't figure out something as simple as gallstones.
The staff at the RRMC ER figured it out in about.... 1 minute once I got in and had a doc take a look at me; this was back in Fall of '01. The guy pushed on my side a little say looked me straight in the eye and said "Yup, gallstones." To which I said, "Whatstones?". He's like... "No one ever told you that you had these?". *sighs* As they say in The Wedding Singer, "Things that could have been brought to may attention YESTERDAY!!".
Suffice to say, by the next Monday I was diced up and all the yuckiness removed and have been painless from them every since. 3 years of endless pain in my back in side gone in less than 5 minutes. They said if I'd waited another week or so my gallbladder probably would have exploded from all the stones in there and I likely would have died.
If you ever need anything done medical wise and you're in the area or even if you're not, I highly recommend this medical center facility. They literally saved my life.
