It sure isn't anything spectacular, but I've ordered many pizzas from here and they have been consistently good. Never had any problems and the delivery is fast.
There are better, but more expensive options in the area (JD Kadds!) but you get what you pay for. -

this place sucks dick!!!
I grew up eating Rosati's pizza and this is NOT Rosati's pizza!, its this little take-out/delivery joint with a Rosati's sign on it,very low grade pizza,very disappointed with their food,same goes for friends who have ordered from this location. -

While I agree this is the worst Rosati's I've ever been too.... it does not suck dick. (that may give it an extra star or two).
It went down hill. But it was not a steep hill to go down. I remember I worked there when I was 14.... paid under the table.
It was not very clean, the cheese, pepperoni, sausage.... and so forth sat on a counter so it was not kept in a fridge all the time (put in fridge at night from what I remember).
The calzones are deep fried.
