2 reviews for Roe Ann Drive-In
This place has a very cool retro feel and seems to be very popular in Emmett, but I was not very impressed. I found the burger to be bland and unsatisfying, and the two fried treats I tried (onion rings and mushrooms) tasted mainly of deep-fried flour. The milkshakes were well-touted, but my chocolate shake tasted like whipped vanilla soft-serve. The feelings of nostalgia for this drive-in are palpable--too bad the food is crappy.
Ahh, Roe Ann's. Every single time I am home, I come here. Every time. Their food isn't the best on the planet, (it is just hamburgers and fries and stuff) but just the fact that this is the one and only drive in that I have known since I was a little nugget myself, it is great! Their iced tea is homemade, which is a big bonus, and I am telling you, the double patty cheeseburger is the way to go. They don't delvier, but they do accept call in orders and it is good stuff. If you are ever in the area and want to experience an original drive-in, this is the place to go!
