One of the last great hardware stores around. Fully stocked with everything one might need to get the job done at home. Great selection of plumbing and electrical equipment as well as landscaping supplies. Every kind of hand tool you can think of for any kind of job. Nuts, bolts, screws, molly's, brackets, hinges, etc.

The most valuable thing here though is knowledgeable folk who can help you with any job big or small with no big chain B.S. These people know from experience because they have been doing this forever. You pay for what you get, but there is Alot to be said about walking into a store and being the only focus from a home improvement expert.

Incomparable old time service. Tell them what u want or what problem you need to solve and they have the answer. Friendly and knowledge family biz for at least 60 years. Known locally as "Summerkorns'", the owners.

Also have a great power tool repair shop in the back.

Nails that don't easily bend and screws thst don't snap - quite different than the local box houses!

This place is phenomenal. Not only are the prices amazing but the staff make you feel at home. Such educated people who run this store and so down to earth. I dont feel talked down upon or anything like that. The prices being low does not mean that the quality is bad, hell the quality is better than most chain stores!! Such a convenient place in the middle of Rockaway on the main street next to Quick Chek on Main Street. My father and I were new in town working on these two industrial buildings he owns and just fixing these buildings up, we lived in this store. Need bug be gone? Here's the place. Need mailboxes? Come here. Need literally anything, come. to. this. hardware. store!
