Robert Anthony started doing my hair about 2 years ago (cut/color).  I have gotten nothing but rave reviews from all of my friends.  He takes the time to talk with you beforehand to really understand your hair and what you are looking for.  He will even pull out pictures to show you what he is thinking with regards to cuts or colors. He is also unbelievable flexible with scheduling and affordable compared to others with his quality of service.

God send!  I have been through it all with the fancy Hair Salons and have found him to be the best!  He has decent prices and does an excellent job on color.  He takes  a lot of time on your hair - he doesn't rush you in and out and try to do 2 other people's hair in the middle of yours.  I like to keep him a secret  because a good hairstylist is extremely hard to find!  Did I mention he also keeps up with the latest hair trends?  He goes to a lot of hair/fashion shows and also trains others:)  Hey he has good hair too - always a plus right - who wants a person with bad hair touching yours?

Rob has been highlighting and cutting my hair for over 5 years. I was initially referred by a friend and I've followed him to various salons throughout the city during that time. He always does my hair at Soaps on Sacramento and Fillmore, but on many days, he also is available at Pure Beauty on Fillmore. My highlights look so natural people forget that I'm hiding mousy brown hair under the faux blonde. I really appreciate the fact that Rob is so flexible with scheduling and is often able to see me in the evenings after work. Sometimes I'll text him to set up a hair appointment and he is quick to respond. He's very personable and has a lot of interesting things to talk about as we're waiting for my perfect color to take.
