This is my "go to" bike shop in the city. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Sean recently fixed my chain, and on my request, showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. He spent the time to ensure that it was done well and spiffed up the bike a bit with oil, air in the tires, etc. He went above and beyond to even help me get a new attachment for my back light, which was great.

And everything only cost me ten beans! You can't go wrong with that. I will definitely go back.

I had walked in here a few months ago as it's the closest bike shop to me.  Had been pondering getting a bike for my commute thinking I wouldn't be changing offices.  Well that changed so I didn't get a bicycle.

Recently I won a Dahon on ebay because I am going to commute via bicycle.  I was filling up my rear tire with the pump I had and it burst.  Ooops over pumped.

So I brought my bike in to see how to easily replace the tube of a tire and make sure I put the damn thing together properly.  I didn't get the name of the dude that helped me but he was nice and explained everything to me then showed me what to do.  Even fixed my front wheel lock as I had put it on wrong.

Definitely going to go here for spare tubes and any other things I need for the bike in the future.  It also does help that it's a block from my flat.

Roaring Mouse is my local Inner Sunset bike shop and I've been in a few times before to check out their bikes and I have to tell you that the people here are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and they have some great product.  My issue is with the service and the pricing of the service experience.

I had recently picked up a commuter road bike since my race bike would get thrashed on the streets in the city.  The bike didn't brake well (new pads needed) and the shifting needed to be adjusted on both the front and rear.  I also noticed a significant amount of squeaking that I couldn't pinpoint after repacking the headset bearings myself.

So $50 in service costs later, the shifting looks good and the brake pads were installed the mechanic comes back from the test ride and tells me that I should schedule an appointment to get the squeaking looked at (good idea) and that he felt the stem was not tight enough.  He tightens the 4 bolts (15 seconds) and then I see a $10 charge on my invoice for stem adjustment.  SERIOUSLY? I can't believe you charged me to tighten 4 bolts that could have easily been done by myself if I knew you were going to charge for it.

Now fast forward 2 days later I'm riding into work and decided to get some new grip tape.  The rear derailleur was working fine but I was having a bit of problem getting shifted onto the largest chainring.  I stop by Mike's Bikes in SOMA near my work and grab the new tape and the guy asks me if I want to get new cables.  I thought the cables were fine but he said just let the mechanic take a look.  The mechanic shifts through the gears , notices the shifting issue and makes a quick adjustment, then notices the squeak and lubricates some of the cable/sleeve contact areas and then inspects my cables and tells me that my cables are fine and that I'm good to go.  At this point, I'm expecting an invoice for the adjustments and cable-squeak fix but none ever comes.  It was free because it was a SIMPLE fix and they didn't try to sell me cables I didn't need.

Needless to say, this experience will lead me to Mike's for my future service AND retail purchases.  I like Roaring Mouse, I really do, but you should really take a look at your service pricing.

Derailleur went into the spokes and broke, ouch!  Roaring Mouse took the trouble to track down a $6 repair piece for a twelve-year-old bike, instead of charging $120 for a whole new derailleur.  Now that is service.  They probably spent more time answering my questions than it took them to fix and tune up the bike.

Everyone who works here is super friendly, no attitude whatsoever, no overcaffeinated hipsterness, just calm, knowledgeable, and helpful.  A different experience from the other half dozen shops I've used for this or that.  Not just for people who happen to live in the neighborhood - well worth the extra mile west to get your bike serviced here.

So, I got hit by a car a couple weeks ago, and it was rather close to roaring mouse. It was approximately 7 o'clock. They were closing down when I walked in. Graciously they let me in and checked my bike out at no cost. I forgot who helped me out but they were extremely helpful. I have been going back there every time for a new air tube and such. They seem to have everything. I would recommend this spot to everybody.

If you are looking for a bike shop that makes you feel good about humanity as well as fixes your bike, then Roaring Cycles is the place.  The "About Us" on their website seems to really ring true.  Whether you are spending $6 or $6000 they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.    I am really glad I live near by them.   Although they only have a limited selection of products in their small location they will get as much of my future business as possible.

Allow me to preface my five-star review with the fact that I'm the epitome of a novice rider. The extent of my riding skills were booze cruises on the San Diego boardwalk four years ago. Until I bought a city bike on Craigslist not too long ago. Which is why I sought the help of Roaring Mouse. A simple once-over, tune and adjust to make sure the bike wasn't going to explode beneath me.

So, I phone Roaring Mouse to make an appt for a tune and adjust. I spoke to a lady when making the appt, but said that I'm new to riding and I've just scored a bike on CL. She suggested to bring it in early to see if they needed to order any parts. Brought it in and chatted with Sean (?) He was super nice, understood that I was new to riding and explained everything very simply. Not in a condescending way, but in a very helpful, understanding way.

A few days later I pick my bike up and they explained what they did, why they needed to order a part (which was $5, so no biggie) and that everything looked good. Five minutes later I was out the door.

You won't find any chips on these guys' shoulders here. They were super helpful, affordable and couldn't care less if I was a fixie-riding hipster, a daily commuter or a brand-newbie.

2 weeks ago, I received a lovely bike for my birthday.  Now, I'm not exactly knowledgeable about bikes and maintenance , but I'm trying to get there!  Nonetheless, last week, I managed to get A LOT of sand all over the gears and chains when I was at the beach with my darling babe (my bike).  I called Chris at Roaring Mouse Cycles about 3 days ago, and asked about if they did a bike cleaning service.  He was very honest and upfront and let me know that a cleaning service was probably unnecessary and gave me the okay to come in so they can check to see what we can do.  If anything, he said I could clean it myself for free and he would show me how!

I went in today, Chris was busy, but another friendly staff member helped me out (didn't catch the name!).  Mysterious staff member checked it out and told me that he would try to clean it with compressed air!  He did a great job and he even lubed it up after wards.

I also bought a rear bike light that was rather expensive... but anything to support this nice neighborhood place!

This place is a friendly places for amateurs and professionals.  I would feel comfortable going back in a heartbeat.

A little pricey (getting a tube replaced is a few bucks more than some other places....I deserve it though for not knowing how to change my own tubes), but the fact that people there are knowledgeable and extremely friendly makes for a wonderful bike shop experience. I go out of my way to come here, shirking the opportunity to go to bike shops that are much closer by.

Great shop. Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable and communicate well. There is no snooty hipster attitudes to speak of. People who work here seem to genuinely like working on your bike and teaching you things at the same time. I think the people that work here realize it's not too hard to be a reputable bike shop in the city, you just need to not be a jerk. Wow, just drop the attitude and be cool with people. What a concept! It's too bad so many other LBS's in SF haven't caught onto this.

The only downside is that their appointment book gets filled up quickly. So if your bike is your main mode of transportation, you might have to wait for Saturday, which is their drop off day. Call or email first if you have a repair job that looks a little involved.

Yes, Roaring Mouse is a little pricey. But they're not your run of the mill Specialized dealer. They deal in high end bikes and parts, like Litespeed. Even though I know I will spend money here, I love coming to this shop. Frankly, I'd much rather pay a little more to be treated like a human being rather than save a little and have to put up with Bicycle-Ego-War Man.

Let me just say that I wanted to find a cross bike at a good price, and I pretty much went to most of the bike shops in the city big and small.  When I first stepped into this shop, I was met by Shaun who talked to me about what they had in stock and what I should be looking for in a bike.  He walked me through the inventory and picked out a Felt F1X.  Before letting me loose on a test ride, Chris put me on the trainer and walked me through step-by-step of the 105 shifters.  I only knew the basics at the time with an even shorter intro by Mike's, but Chris made sure I was comfortable and could do it with ease.  I was fitted well before heading out on my test ride, and it was a breeze.  They also had a Salsa La Cruz that I could test ride for a comparison between the steel and Felt's aluminum frame.  After both test rides, I was ready to deal but I still had my heart set on a Cannondale CX and asked about pricing.  Chris was straightforward, but offered a deal on the Felt.  He told me not to rush my decision and told me to sleep on it and just give him a call when I'm ready.  Talk about no-hassle sales experience.  You just don't see that much anywhere else.

Anyways, I head home and begin to scour the internets to compare prices because that's what I do if you know me.  It's always the grand chase for the deal, that special deal that will make me happy knowing I've won that day.  Long story short, I ordered that Cannondale CX-9 online from Mike's with a coupon, cuz you know, coupons rock my world.  I thought I had my deal and I was hesitant to tell Chris because of the awesome experience I had so I wussed out and just sent him an email since we had a continuing dialogue on the price.  Flash forward another week, and I haven't gotten a status update from mike's, so I give them a call.  Turns out they didn't order it until I called only to find out it wasn't in stock at the factory.  Disheartened, I gave Chris a ring on the telly right when they opened and told him I was finally ready to commit to the Felt.  He asked if I was sure this time after the initial hesitation, but I told him I could come in after work that day to put down the deposit.  He then agreed to set things up with a recalled fork and guaranteed delivery by the end of the next day.  Around 4ish, I get a call from Amy saying the bike was ready.  I went giddy and realized I was smiling at myself in my cuby, so I counted down the minutes till I could go and rushed over there.

The Felt was immaculate and Chris set me up with all the beginner accessories I would need.  I walked out of there completely joyous knowing I still scored that magical deal, but then I had to walk back in for my friend that showed up to look for a bike.  He was given the same straightforward, honest approach in helping him find his bike by Chris while I waited patiently to go test out my toy.  With a quick ride through the park, I felt totally accomplished so I then went to pig out on a beef dip, garlic fries, onion rings, and cheesecake.  Twas a great day...

An awesome bike shop.  I was in the market for a new road bike and spent two weeks going checking out the bike shops that SF had to offer.  This was the only bike shop with genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff.  They spent almost three hours my first visit helping me test ride the various bikes and helping me find a perfect fit.  When I arrived to pick up the bike the owner Chris did the last minute fit.  They offer a good variety of bikes with different price ranges.  They truly stand behind their product and offer exceptional service.  Take the time to check them out if you are looking for a bike.

I've been dropping by this place ever since it opened and the service is consistently excellent.  They proactively keep you informed and follow-up.  If they don't have something, they're willing to special order - you pay when it arrives and they call you when it's in.  They're friendly with advice, down-to-earth, willing to take the time to explain, and not out to make the hard sell.

I'm big! 6' 4" 220lbs and I'm hard on bikes. I tend to break them, frequently! Chris and his team greet me with a cheery "Hello! What have you broken this time?" They usually fix me up there and then and if they can't they often loan me a bike to ride while they fix mine. Chris, the proprietor, even loaned me his bike for a test ride, which was incredibly brave given how much damage i can do.

It really is a guilty pleasure going to visit the team at Roaring Mouse. I feel like I've got my own maintenance team backing me up - they keep my bikes working and I just ride. Whatever my problem is they know how to fix it or what I need to do to avoid that kind of thing next time. First rate service is a rare thing but these guys know how to deliver.

So, after reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to call Roaring Mouse Cycles because they seemed like a good bunch of guys and I needed to get my rear dérailleur adjusted.  It had been skipping off the biggest two gears and made it very difficult to climb hills (not fun in SF!).  Anyway, I called at 5 pm on Friday after Thanksgiving expecting to have to make an appointment and bring the bike in.

Chris answered the phone and I let him know what was going on.  He asked if I was in front of the bike.  I told him I was but that I know very little about the bike and he explained everything I would need to know and what each little bit on my rear dérailleur did and how to adjust it.  We spoke for at least 15 minutes and Chris was so easy going and so helpful that I felt bad about not being able to pay him since it was only a phone call.  Chris said it was no problem and was happy to help.  I can only imagine how amazing the service would be in person and even though I live in the Richmond I will definitely go to Roaring Mouse Cycles for anything I need.

Lastly, I would like to say that Chris has earned a customer for life and I'll be telling everyone I know to go there!

It looks like everyone raves about the service here, and rightly so.  I just created a Yelp account for the single purpose of writing this review.

I'm new to cycling, was looking for a bike, and fortunately this was the first shop I went to, though not the last.  Chris did a great job of fitting me, took me off a larger frame and paid incredible attention to detail.  He spent a ton of time educating me and helping me decide the most important combination of features - and the bike he thought was right for me was a few hundred dollars cheaper than similar products he could have tried to sell me (he suggested I get an Aluminum frame with 105 components as opposed to spending more on a carbon frame with lesser components).  It's always a relief to get an honest opinion from an expert without feeling like they're trying to up-sell.  I went to several other bike shops around the city, but I didn't get nearly the same quality of service - everyone else was very friendly, but Chris's commitment to getting me on a bike that was right for me (fit, materials, components) was unmatched.  I was even put on a bigger frame at another shop - the same size as the one Chris had taken me off of.  When I told them about my experience at Roaring Mouse, the guy said something like, "It looks right to me, we can always just get you a shorter stem," without even getting me on the trainer.  Needless to say, I went back to Roaring Mouse to buy my bike - which I am now loving - and there are about 5 shops that are closer to where I live.

More recently, I returned to have them install/fit my pedals and cleats.  As I was leaving, my girlfriend, who is also new to cycling, purchased a spare tube.  I asked Chris if replacing a tube is something that is easy enough to do if I read about it.  He said it was easy, but reading isn't a great way to learn how to do it - and he actually deflated my tire, and went through step-by-step how to remove the tube and put on a new one.  This was on a Saturday!  Ridiculous service.

Although Chris is the only one I've mentioned, his staff all seem to live up to the high standard that he sets.

I'm confident that I made the right decision - this is a great shop

Sometimes I wished I lived on this side of town so these guys could be "my" bike shop.

I bought my bike rack here and, even though they were about to close, they let me sit out in front borrowing their tools to attach it. How Cool.

These guys are also really informative, and wont talk down to you if you're not as much of a bike geek as they are.

Unbelievable customer service! Came in to see if they had a seatpost that could replace the broken one in my bike. With no idea as to what size it was, or even that a seatpost size existed, the guy working there figured it out, politely apologised for not carrying the size, then recommended me what brand was the cheapest and wrote down the size for me so that I wouldn't forget. Such great attitude is great to see in a business, especially in a bike shop!

So I finally settled on a bike after getting my fall bonus and getting all read up  on bike knowledge. It came down two bikes at two shops, and at the end of the day, I bought a new Cannondale Synapse from Roaring Mouse.

They were patient with me as I must've come in asking questions and soliciting advice for a couple months and taken the bike out for test rides on three occasions.

Chris was nothing but honest and even offered up a computerized comparison to the other bike I was looking at. I don't often spend more than $1000 on a single purchase, but sure feel secure in doing so with The Mouse.

I think most of the other reviews say it, but you just can't beat this place for honesty, knowledge, and a passion to do right by the customer.

Every time I have gone, I have been hooked up in one way or another:

1)  A cheap set of pedals from an employee who didn't even pocket the money - he put it in the tip/beer jar for them all to share (and they were his own pedals).

2)  Advice on how to slightly bend some warped brake rotors so I wouldn't have to buy new ones (when it would have been from them).

3)  A *free* Avid Torx wrench to remove my brake rotors (when they could have sold me some tool).

4)  Tons of free advice.

You will not be disappointed by these guys - you really won't.

REALLY Disappointing Service at Roaring

I live far from this shop, and the used Nishiki bike I recently got - after my other road bike had been stolen -- needed a good tune-up. (Note: I had taken my previous bike here for a flat tire and had a good experience, which makes this the more disappointing!)

The basic tune-up is listed at $60.00. That is it, $60 and they check everything, make sure the bike is in good riding condition and safe, etc. Now, keep in mind this bike is and was in very good condition.

Here are my disappointing complaints:

1) I ride out after picking the bike up, and the breaks are so squeaky that traffic stops for me and people are alarmed. I went back after a block and one of the guys, Sean, says that yes, they had checked my breaks, and that if I sandpaper the pads a bit it would help. I ask him for a piece of sandpaper and he literally came back with this tiny piece of worn out sandpaper, which I thanked him for and took w/ me. I stopped at the park and used the sandpaper on the pads, to no avail. The breaks are hard and louder than they were when I brought the bike in. I now have to take the bike elsewhere for a service that was supposed to have been done and taken care of efficiently at Roaring.
a. Read on their description of a tune-up: Check pad wear - they charged me for this!
2) Replacing tape on handle bars: I got orange tape and the repair guy did NOT tell that he would rip me off at the tune of $20 extra to tape my handle bars. He simply put the tape and charged me $20 for doing it. NOT only that, he finished his sloppy work by putting black plastic tape, yes, BLACK TAPE at the end of the orange tape, un-evenly at that. If I had wanted orange tape with black tape to cover sloppy work, I would have it myself, right? I questioned this, and Sean, nice guy that he is, explained that it can take up 20 minutes or more to put on the tape and that it's a lot of work. Sorry, but I don't buy it. (To top all of this w/ the tape issue, the repair guy must have put it on with his hands totally greasy because the tape, although brand new from the box, has smudges of black in parts of it.
3) And, before I left the shop the first time, I asked for help in adjusting the seat height. Sean again helped out. Here is when I noticed that my gear shifter had been put back on completely off-center. I pointed it out -- he just took a wrench and fixed it. Again, a good bike shop would NEVER have let me walk out w/ my bike shifter off-center--this is fucking PATHETIC.
4) Phone customer service: Roaring lists its hours from 11-7. After riding through Golden Gate Park I stopped to call and ask about the breaks squeaking so loudly--I placed this call at 6:30pm. Absolutely no answer. I called 2 times and on the second call I left a message, which was not returned.
5) My bike: overall, because of oiling the chain, etc., it rides smoother, yes. But it is also covered in smudges of black shit that they just didn't think of cleaning. I'm now sure that the bike repair guy on the Panhandle could have done a much better job for $15/$20. Lesson fucking learned.

$117.47 later, this was my very disappointing service at Roaring. Am going back there ever again, in this economy, and with this kind of crappy service? 100% NOT.
(And, just for the record, I'm a guy who says please and thank you perhaps a little too much; so no, I'm not some un-polite customer who demands this and that--but a nice guy who just feels utterly taken advantage of at Roaring for the first and last time. Do I expect that by placing this on Yelp they'll refund me? Of course not, obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction--sadly.)

there's so many 5 star reviews on here already so we'll try and keep this short.  Chris, Charley and the rest of the staff at Roaring Mouse are top-notch.  we have not bought a bike there, but we have spent several hundred dollars decking out our bikes and getting some old ones in selling condition and RM staff has been a great help.

matt's experience: most recently, i took it upon myself to rebuild an old rear tubular rim that a coworker gave me.  i ordered the hub (Surly fix/fix) through Charley and he helped me out with spokes (we figured out the length and he even prepped them for me) and gave me some needed advice and confidence.  i brought it in once i had it built and he checked it over for me, making sure it was dished, true and pre-stressed.  he also advised me on how to apply the glue and get the tires on.  everything came out great and i'm up and running on tubulars now!

I love this business model!  Only a few owners and staff, all of whom know everything you could ever possibly want them to know.  At least about bicycles; I didn't dig much deeper than that.  They're also incredibly friendly and helpful.  It can get busy, but you can always call ahead and ask when they suggest that you come in to avoid the crowd.  They are a tiny store with a limited number of bicycles on hand (Felt, Lemond and Litespeed for road bikes), but they have a ton of creative ways to make up for that.  And, finally, their prices are higher than you'd pay at places with a huge sales volume, but they make up for it in service, knowledge and friendliness.

I'd easily pay 5-10% more for a bike that comes with a guarantee of fit, maintenance provided by knowledgable people, and a relationship with such a great store.  And I'm both poor and cheap, so that's saying something.

This is such a great place!   My first experience with Roaring Mouse took place about 5-6 years ago, when I happened to pass by it,  pushing a jogging stroller with a non-working brake.  I popped my head in and asked if anyone could fix it for me and a guy came out and fixed in on the spot, free of charge.

Recently I've been wanting to find a safe way to carry my (almost) five year-old with special needs on my bike.  I remembered this place and decided to give them a call.  Chris (the owner?) answered the phone and talked with me a long time about different options, with absolutely no pressure to buy from him.  After doing some research on the internet I decided to go with his recommendation, an xtracycle with an large bike seat mounted on the back.   I ended up buying this at Roaring Mouse, and I'm just thrilled with it!  Chris and his staff really went out of their way to get the bike/xtracycle/bike seat put together, and did so with a very fast turn around time.  It feels rock solid and very safe..  At no extra cost, I can bring the bike back in a couple of weeks so they can check all the bolts and attachments, to make sure everything remains in good working order.

In short,, this is a quality place with a family friendly, low-key vibe, and  knowledgeable, helpful staff.   Even if you're not  an experienced bike rider (like me) you'll feel very comfortable in this shop!

This is a great bike shop and Chris is just flat-out amazing. There is no bs here as he is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable and honest folk out there, and he listens to your needs. As an example, he would never sell you a Cervelo if you wanted a commuter. Great vibe in the shop as it reminds me of Amsterdam (at least what I can remember of Amsterdam).
Go here if you want a bike or any bike equipment, if you want repairs and if you want to work with an awesome, trustworthy person.

Even during a black out Mouse was super helpful, really nice... and even wandered around with a flashlight to help me get new tires. Really affordable ( cheapest tires I had been quoted) and they over all were just super cool...... I was impressed that they were fixing bikes in the back with flashlights and little sunlight.... now that shows dedication!!

This itty bitty bike shop is tops for service. It was close to Christmas and I couldn't seem to find a bike for my daughter. That bike had to be pretty and pink all over in order for her to want to get on it. I called Mouse and Chris (I think his name was Chris) looked all over for one and informed me that he had the make and model but the company had completely run out of stock. I told him I wasn't in a hurry, so he agreed to contact me when he got a hold of one. TWO months later, he actually remembered to email me. The next day, he hooked me up with the prettiest, pinkest (gag), girliest bike ever...white wheels, pink tassels and all. Life time servicing.

To top it off, I mentioned that my son's Specialized was making funny noises and complained that I'd have to drag it downtown to Mike's Bikes to get it fixed, since that's where I bought it. He was so cool...offered to fix it for me so that I wouldn't have to make the trek. Nice :)

If you drive by and blink, you'll miss the storefront with its quaint Dutch door. Don't blink.

I went to Roaring Mouse to buy an iBert Safe-T-Seat (http://www.ibertinc.com) and some other gear for my toddler, and I was able to find what I needed. No sales pitches or attitude.

I would definitely return for future cycling needs!

This tiny shop is staffed by very knowledgable and friendly folks. They are passionate about biking and tell it to you straight without a sales pitch.

Also, if you are looking for high end bikes for purchase you can demo ride for $50/day (which you get back if you end up purchasing a bike from them).

Note that you need to book big jobs in advance since they have a small staff and pay meticulous attention to each bike they work on.

Great people!!! Whether you are throwing big bucks for a new rig or in there just to buy a tube for your beater, they provide great customer service.  I walked in with a question that they weren't quite sure of the answer. The pretty service mechanic  immediately got on the phone and called the manufacturer to check the compatibility on a $10 item.  Now that's real love for the biking community. If it was Performance or Mike's, they would say, "you would have to go home and double check".  Roaring Mouse is so MIGHTY

not only does this place give you great customer service, they provide customer delight.  i walked into this shop complaining about my low back and neck pains when riding my road bike to work.  chris was able to make a few tweeks to my bike and now cycling is fun again. chris was also so responsive through email as i had many questions on the parts that were ordered and the service that was required.  they help all types of bikers with pro bikes to little kids wooden two wheelers (i've seen them actually fix and help a few kids that came in). i also purchased a computer for my bike and shaun installed it and set it up for me too. how nice was that.  if you want someone to listen to your bike issues and will try there all to find a solution to your problem, this is the place.  they really care about everyone that walks through the doors.  i love this place!

I decided to try out Roaring Mouse after reading the great reviews here. I wanted a new mountain bike and I visited several bike shops in the city. I went to Roaring Mouse first and ended up going back at the end of the day to make my purchase from them. I ordered a Gary Fisher Marlin and they had it shipped, built and ready to ride in less than a week.

I came back the next day after a good ride and told Chris about the poor braking I was having with the stock brake pads. He put some koolstops on at my request and said I shouldn't have that problem with new brakes so he didn't even charge me! Great service!

These people are the real deal. When I was looking for a bike and I stopped by here to to take a look i asked them for their advice. Speaking with who i believe is the shop owner I mentioned to him that I was looking at a Gary Fisher mountain bike on Craigslist that was going for a great deal. Rather then talk me out of it and try to sell me one new he informed me that it was a great deal and I wouldn't find anything close to the same quality in that price range. That gave them a ton of credit in my book. I was so impressed that i brought my friend in that they also informed that he could find great deals on Craigslist however he wanted a new bike considering the piece of crap used bike he bought previously haha. They worked out a deal on a bike they had in stock that somebody else had canceled on. He got a great deal on a Gary Fisher street bike. He was a happy camper. I brought in my bike for a tune up after i bought it and they did a great job even let me know about parts that didn't need to be replaced right away but i may want to in a few months of riding. They deal in higher end bikes here so may not be the place to go for a bike to send your kid off to college with. However if you are looking for a quality bike that will bring you years and years of enjoyment you need to see them. They will ask you some questions and find out which type of bike to put you on. Stop by you will be glad you did.
