Riviera Country Club
4 reviews for Riviera Country Club
There is no amount of gratitude I can express to say THANK YOU to the Riviera Country Club. Due to the Station Fire that burned thousands of acres and headed towards our Sanctuary, we were forced to reschedule our biggest fundraiser of the year at the last minute.
The Riviera Country Club came to our rescue and helped us provide a spectacular location for our gala, which in turn will help us to continue rescuing more farm animals.
The staff was pleasant and efficient. The building was large, beautiful and pristine. The views were breathtaking. And the golf course... I don't golf, but the course is phenomenal.
Thank you, thank you, thank moo on behalf of all of the guests, staff, volunteers, and of course our animal friends.
Will I get to see some celebrities at Riviera..? Brad..? or perhaps George..?? These were the first questions came to my mind when I was asked to shoot a wedding here at Riviera Country Club. This country club is located right in the middle of border lines of Bel-Air, Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades. Didn't know there was this huge and wide vacant land as a golf course.
At the Riviera, there are three event/banquet halls: George Thomas room, Crystal Ballroom and Grand Ballroom can be labeld as Small, Medium and Large. The wedding I attended had a reception lunch in the Crystal Ballroom. I think there were 100-150 guests. As a wedding photographer, the first things I look for are the lighting condition and the backgrounds and the Riviera met all my criterias. If you look at the photos I posted, the flowers, cake and table setups are elegantly arranged. This couple had a specific color theme for their own. It definitely had an impact.
Although I didn't get to see Brad nor George. I was simply satisfied with what Riviera can offer: lively and fresh looking golf course greens, tall and wide country club house, high and decorative ceilings, charming and classy center flower pieces and most importantly delicate and succulent filet mignon..!! Wheewww~ That was all the adjective vocabularies I know...

Was lucky enough to play here. If you ever get the chance, be sure to take caddies. Nothing like hearing their stories as you make your way around the course. For a full review visit http://danperry.com/wo...
The best of the best course. The PGA plays here with all the bigboys every year. It is a hard course with short fast greens.
Bring you A game when you come to play at Riviera.
PS:This course if Private, so you will need to know someone who is a member.
