The people that work at this Big Foot are alway friendly and helpful. If you don't know what you want, ask them. If you know what you want, but want to try something new, they offer those suggestions too. It's a great friendly place with good coffee.

My sisters, husband and I were craving coffee at 11:30 p.m. We initially tried to find a Starbucks but the 24-hour locations were too far away. I vaguely remembered seeing BigFoot Java in the Fred Meyer parking lot on River Road and googled them.
They're open 24 hours and they were minutes away. If you're not familiar, BigFoot Java is a standalone espresso booth where service can be given on both sides. When we arrived, it was so late that only one side was open.
We tried their Nutty Yeti, Abominable White Mocha and Marionberry Mocha Monster. I also had a coupon from our Entertainment Book which saved us about $5.00.
The service was friendly and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was too! She didn't have to write down our order (we got four drinks) and their menu is quite extensive. I will definitely go back and it's good to know that they are open 24 hours!!! -

Although my wife is the real coffee connoisseur, I enjoy a well made cup of latte at times. We end up stopping at this Bigfoot often, since it is on our way to work and is the only thing open that late at night. They are very friendly, their selection of flavorings is vast, and they generally make an excellent brew. As others noted, it is a drive-thru, so ambiance isn't factored in, but it is a well kept building and looks very clean. My ratings are: Staff - A Coffee - A

BigFoot Java operates multiple stand-alone espresso stands throughout the Northwest. This BigFoot, right off River Road in downtown Puyallup, in the Fred Meyer complex near Hollywood Video and Subway, is not only the best BigFoot Java in town, but also brews some of the best drinks in the region.
Any Northwesterner will be familiar with the drive-thru espresso stand. Rather than walking into a coffee shop, BigFoot visitors pull up beside BigFoot's handsome stand and order a cup of joe from one of (generally) two baristas. Unlike most espresso stands, BigFoot is open 24 hours a day, though they will not help walk-up customers after dark for safety reasons. This is great for those long haul nights when a 3:30 AM dirty chai is just what you need.
What impresses me most about this BigFoot location, though, is how incredibly friendly and talented the baristas here are. This is a crew of 20-something girls who always have a genuine smile on their face (even the night crews) and are willing to strike up conversation and really get the know their customers. After showing up every other day for a little less than a week, multiple BigFoot baristas (special shout outs to Liz, Jennie, and Christine) began to recognize myself and my boyfriend, began asking us about ourselves, learning our names, and remembering details. This is more than I ask of any barista, and is amazing considering BigFoot has not been my only-go-to coffee place.
This BigFoot location also makes fantastic drinks. These girls know what they're doing. Lattés are hot and foamy, chais are spicy and rooty, and blended drinks go down easy.
BigFoot has a great menu. Not only can you get drip coffee and espresso drinks, but you can get a variety of iced, blended, or flavored beverages. Smoothies and juices are also options (and are fantastically fruity!). BigFoot sells cookies, bottled juice and water, and cigarettes as well.
No matter what time of the day, this is now my coffee place in Puyallup. The BigFoot ladies are intelligent, friendly, and pull a mean drink. Nevermind the two Starbucks within walking distance of this location - this is where I go for my coffee.
