1. Excellent service...
2.  Room was impeccable
3.  Food artfully presented and of highest quality
4. Location , location, loc.....hear "The Hall"
5.  spa, pool, sauna, steam...what more could you want??
6. very well priced package.

But may I be allowed one gripe, one tiny gripe???At  times the bell boys, carhops, 'doormen', were just a tad soppy, drippy with the nicities...all right..that is it...I feel bad saying this, but I really can not stand people who try too hard to impress and really could not give a hoot!!

Overall our family of four and my brothers family of three had a very memorable weekend...asked for an upgraded room, no charge, asked for early check in ..no problem, asked to keep car on site after check out, no problem, suggestions, directions, water for the road, chocolate strawberries upon arrival..it is the little things that mean a lot.  It was my birthday and I will never forge that weekend...just wish we had more time to explore the city...the area around the Ritz was quite deserted....

Swanky. Swanky as heck. And not in the luxurious smack on the forehead style, but as in nice and subtle yet classic. The type of place old money Republicans would stay, while "mavericks" and dems are hitting up the W.

I haven't stayed there overnight of course as (a) I'm poor and (b) it would be silly since I live just across the bridge. Instead, my lady friend snagged some corporate VIP passes to the film fest and we've been able to loiter in the Ritz's various hospitality rooms.

You should see the spoons they have for stirring your coffee. Brings the lower-middle class hick in me right on out.

This is the perfect hotel is you are visiting Cleveland! It's walking distance from places to eat, shop, museums and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! ( a huge attraction in Cleveland!)  The hotel is also attached the Tower City Shopping Center which is a great place to go shopping! The hotel has a nice fitness room that you can use at all hours of the day! Basically if your in Cleveland and need a hotel that is in a central location this is your best bet!! Did I mention it's beautiful inside too!

perfect hosts in a fabulous city.  the presidential suite has amazing views and great service.  you are near anything that you would want to do in cleveland and when you are done you go back to a room that is quiet, comfortable, and charming.  a wonderful experience.
