Rite Aid

Drove an hour to pick up Christmas gifts from an Amazon locker and the store was supposed to close at 10pm (according to the store website and posted hours). I arrived at 5:55pm but they wouldn't let me in saying they were closing at 6pm and their clocks showed it was already past that time. Even after I showed them the time on my phone and told them I drove an hour to pick up Christmas gifts. You've got to be kidding me!!! What a bunch of brain-dead employees!!! Glad I drove 2 hours for nothing so they could clock out of their shift 5 mins earlier!!!

I love this pharmacy I stopped going to CVS on 4 Hall Street in Concord because I was tired of waiting 30 minutes in line to pick up my prescriptions. I switched months ago and could not be happier. Great staff, never a line, friend and fast service.

Every time I come here, I remind myself that I need to find a new pharmacy. I'm not sure if it's the chain in general, or just this location, but I have consistent problems with this pharmacy. There's always a wait, and they take their time even acknowledging customers at the counter.
They never call if the prescription isn't going to be ready when promised, which is inconvenient if you have to drive a ways to get there. Even if I wait for it, sitting next to the pharmacy, they usually seem to never "see you" when your order is ready.

As far as customer service goes, the staff here is top notch! Very friendly and helpful! They have the prescriptions ready as per our requested time which Is always convenient! Overall great service!!!

I had to go to an apointment in Concord last month. I was in the waiting room and knew I would need to fill a perscription. I wasn't sure where to go so I went to Yelp.com. I found a great review about Rite Aid on Fort Eddy Road. I filled my perscription there. The review was right the staff there is very friendly and helpful. I could take my perscription anywhere but if you can bring it somewhere knowing that they will be friendly then why not?? I told the staff about the good review they recieved and they were delited I shared that with them.

A HUGE Thank you to the wonderful amazing staff at the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Ft. Eddy Rd. They were beyond helpful when I was very sick and needed multiple prescriptions that were going to cost a significant amount of money. They helped me find coupons to help bring the costs down and were so incredibly understanding of my worries when it came to paying for these medications that I needed immediately. I have been going to this Rite Aid for years and the girls at the pharmacy have been nothing but wonderful every time I have to go there. It's nice to know there are some compassionate people out there that understand how expensive medications are and how hard it is to be able to afford them. The girls at this pharmacy make me feel like I'm important and my concerns are important to them. They go the extra mile to help everyone. I am ever so grateful for their compassion and caring service they give me. Thank you. If only there were more people in the world as caring and compassionate as they are. What a better place it would be. Thank you again wonderful Rite Aid pharmacy girls!!!!!
