Tropical Dental Care

This used to be Dr. Rick Friedrichs dds, but has since changed with the times. I have been going here since two locations ago, and almost 25 years (yeah I'm getting old, we gucci tho). Tooth pain is my worst enemy (after kidney stones, the fuckers) and these folks are wizards. I rarely have discomfort. I've gone through braces, wisdom teeth, invisi-line(because I never wore my retainer post-braces). The staff are top-notch, the care is unbeatable, and customer service is fantastic.

Need I say more? Fiiiiine... I live in Pearland and drive to Tomball just for these folks. If that doesn't sway you, just go and check them out. You'll be delighted to leave feeling clean, taken care of, and wanting to come back for your next visit.

Thursday afternoon-eating a caramel and the one bad tooth in my mouth is a crown. It came out in the caramel! The were leaving at 7a the following for 4 days. I started calling local Dentists to see if I could get an appt. Finally, I called Tropical Dentistry and they could fit me in. I was only 3 miles from the office and got there quickly. The were professional and I was in and out. It was expensive and my portion was $74, but am grateful to find willing to find someone to fit me in short notice.

I was excited to come for my first visit and their website clearly states that new patients who get their x-ray cleaning and exam get a $150 which I was excited about since I needed some work done. They denied me their online coupon. Very disappointed with this dentist office. Do not recommend.

I have noticed a big drop off since Dr. Friedrichs retired. I had a crown installed and have been back twice and there are still high spots. I think the crown affected the other teeth around it but I can't get it thru to the new dentist. Hopefully my next dentist can fix this.

Easily the best dentist ive ever been to in my entire life. I've always been very anxious and honestly scared to go to the dentist. This office is the first that makes me not so worried. They are very professional, kind, patient, and informative. Throughout the procedures they are constantly asking how I am feeling and create a safe and calm environment. Amazing staff! I actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist now.

Dr. Kenneth Tran and his team did fantastic job on my teeth today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and caring. Best of all, I was able to receive the best service I needed and left with a beautiful smile. I would recommend Dr. Tran to everyone.

I had incredible service here. All the staff members are absolutely patient, knowledgeable, and very talented. I had my two front teeth bonded and repaired by, Mabel Abraham, D.D.S. and she did an amazing job restoring my teeth. She's an artist of teeth!
I look forward for my next with them.

My husband and I began using Dr Friedrich a couple years ago after moving to Tomball from the Katy area. The staff and service continues to impress me over time.
All the staff at Tropical Dentist are always so welcoming and make you feel right at home. The professionalism is top-notch. I highly recommend you give them a try...you won't be disappointed!

Hands down best dental care I have ever received! Everyone that had a part of my appointment truly cared about making my experience comfortable and enjoyable! It was totally worth the commute! Thankful to have found such a caring team of passionate dental professionals!
