I have completed numerous transactions with Richard over the years and each one only gets better then the last one. His staff and professionalism is the best in the industry. Many times we ran into problems with inspections and moody buyers, in every case Richard Bamboozled them and calmed the storm saving the deal. I give Richard and his staff a big A+++. It doesn't get much better then that.
