My favorite restaurant in Monmouth. Loved by both college students and locals, they serve Korean and Taiwanese fare at reasonable prices. Their menu is simple and basic, but the food is so tasty and good. My idea of comfort food. The staff are always friendly and nice. They really take care of their customers.
RiceTime has a sister restaurant in Salem, Fuji Japanese Restaurant. I prefer the food and ambiance at RiceTime because it's more relaxed. I try to back for a visit whenever I am in town.
