the food... ehh. not terrible not awesome, the people watching is totally on point tho.

The Rib Crib has been a staple in Evergreen, Colorado for decades. It is a great place to swing by for lunch, and their menu is a hearty mix of meaty treats. Vegetarians be warned, animals have died to make this a tasty venue.
Thanks to it's increased elevation, Evergreen is usually a good 10 degrees cooler than Denver, making the outdoor patio at the Crib an ideal spot for a cold beer and some rib sticking grub in the warm summer / fall months.
In the evening, you'll always find a crowd of locals enjoying the bar, shooting pool, or just hanging out with friends.
