Richard and his wife did a great job with our engagement and wedding photos. They're both extremely easy to get along with and just nice people in general. As far as the product, we have NO complaints. Richard put a lot of effort into everything he did for us, and it definitely shows in the finished product. Even on the day of our wedding, he was willing to go anywhere to get good shots, and do just about anything for us. RHS is definitely a company we would recommend to anybody.

Wedding Photography-
We don't charge by the hour, and we include the digital negatives with every package. We make custom albums, canvas prints, signature and photo books.
We are proud members of the Wedding Specialists of San Diego, Nation Association of Photoshop Professionals, Wedding and Portrait Photographers International. We are a preferred San Diego Wedding Photographer with several San Diego resorts, coordinators, DJs, videographers, and officiants.
Family-
We take the same level of professionalism in our work when we photograph families, expecting mothers, and newborns. We always include the finished images as part of the package and we don't charge by the hour.
Corporate-
We have experience with restaurants, dealerships, offices, and we specialize with biotech pharmaceutical companies. We work with your vision to exceed your expectations.
Meet the Business Owner: Richard S.
My wedding photography style has been described as relaxed romantic complimented by artistic photojournalism. The most important aspect I believe is to listen to what the couple is looking to take away with them from their wedding and then exceed their expectations.
The love of my work is reflected in the quality I provide and my wedding packages are all inclusive providing the digital negatives, prints, books, online galleries.
My varied background includes home building, medicinal chemistry in the field of neuroscience and cardiovascular, and environmentalism, but underlying everything I ever did or any place I ever went there was always my camera and my passion for photography. When I was looking for a change in my career and start my own business I naturally took my passion and built a company around it.
