Back in the day, when coffee houses had room for customers, I loved this place.

Today, it was more about selling local artisans wares than coffee.
I did really enjoy looking at the pieces (I'll be back for holiday shopping) but I was surprised at how much it looked like another Seward tourist trap. Hostile take over by artists?

I really hope this is just a seasonal thing. Its a neat place - a coffee house carved out of an old church. Lots of character in the building and I would love to come back when it looks like it did when it first opened. More comfy seating, less price tags.

Coffee was good though :)

Great coffee and excellent atmosphere.  I loved the character of the old church.  It is a perfect place to escape from the cold and park at a table to have a good read.

the cafe that makes you want to stay all day. resurrection art makes its home in an old church with plenty of artwork and sundries to peruse. the ceilings are high, the beams are vaulted, the wood is dark, the atmosphere is chill, and the plethora of plants are reminiscent of my living room. sit in a booth made from wooden pews, read your favorite periodical, and watch the soy milk explode in a science experiment trapped in your coffee mug. become nostalgic for the bay area, but then take a deep breath and relax into your vacation.
