I have trained at Results for over 5 years now. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help no matter the situation. Being an athlete we have a lot of demands, and the trainers and therapists at Results are always working to help us get better. Whether it's improving performance or rehabbing an injury, they use the latest techniques that are proven to work. I constantly recommend them to anyone I know that needs to rehab from a surgery or injury, or simply wants performance training to improve at their sport/activity.

I would be very careful with this business, particularly if you are planning on having your insurance carrier pay for your physical therapy.
Before I made an appointment I walked in and asked to have my insurance contacted so I could find out exactly how much I would have to pay out of pocket per appointment. I was told I would need to pay $10/co-pay per appointment, so I proceeded. I had a doctor's order for the physical therapy. Later, it ended up I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket for these appointments. I could have worked with a very good personal trainer at my gym for $30/hour rather than what averaged out to over $90/not-quite-an-hour.
In the future, I will make sure that I have pre-authorization letters from my insurance carrier instead of listening to the folks at facilities such as this. Who knows, it may have been miscoded, but all I know is that I definitely would not have gone there for that type of money per appointment.
I did not like that my therapist also "worked in" other clients during my appointment time. It was even more maddening when I ended up paying such huge amounts per appointment. -

I have gone through physical therapy at several different places, and Results, by far, is the absolute best. They offer high tech treatments like laser therapy and ultrasound therapy as well as more traditional methods. In addition to paper handouts of exercises they offer a web portal with videos of exercises and how to properly do them. Overall an excellent facility!

Recently having had surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and labral tear, I went for physical therapy at a place downtown and felt lost in the shuffle of being passed from one physical therapy aide to the next. I saw the the actual p. therapist for first 10 minutes of each appointment and then off he went. Consequently, the aides actually treating me didn't know my history or what exercises I had or had not been given since I worked with a different one each time. So on top of healing after surgery, I now had the anxiety that I was probably not getting the best treatment.
Finally, I went to see Russ at Results and he is fantastic. I work only with him and no one else. He appears to be very intuitive in understanding my recovery and explaining what comes next. He takes the time to explain what is happening with the healing process, explain any difficulties I may see in recovery, and coaches me thru my exercises to ensure I do them correctly. I've made good steady progress each week since I've been there. If it comes time to repair my right shoulder, I'll be back for sure. He is as good as it gets!
