Flippers and bargain hunters pay attention! ReSource 2000 is an architectural salvage mecca. What's that mean? When homeowners, businesses, contractors or whoever are remodeling or demolishing their buildings, the contents that are salvageable and reusable can be donated here. They are then sold for cheap to you, the bargain hunting flipper!
We just dropped off some Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds, and were thrilled and dismayed: thrilled by all the products they had and dismayed by all the stuff we threw out from our remodel that could have been recycled, like our carpet and some truly hideous light fixtures that someone would have loved! Plus it's all tax-deductible since they are a non-profit.
Some notable finds were table size granite pieces, nice windows, great carved doors, a back yard pond, toilets and sinks. Check it out before you go spend a pretty penny elsewhere!
