Nice hotel in a good location. Easy to walk to a lot of restaurants. Parking included. Room was a good size, nice and clean, smelled better than most hotels (kinda like cookies rather than the standard hotel smell).
Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard for a Residence Inn - eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, in addition to the regular continental breakfast items. -

Easy to get to, good location, nice rooms and helpful staff.
We had a two-room suite that was clean and pleasant. Quiet for being in the middle of the city, and breakfast was good. We will definitely be back if we bring the kids again. Only issues were the hot tub was packed and wi-fi service kind of irregular, but otherwise, a very pleasant stay. -

I have been living in the hotel for the past month and intend to live here for a month more. I have found the experience satisfactory and have almost no complaints.
Positives -
1) good service
2) good breakfast and snacks/drinks on many evenings.
3) great location
Negatives -
1) broadband access not consistent at times. Enough for checking email, but I had trouble keeping up a VPN connection. Was working satisfactorily about 80% of the time. -

I didn't stay overnight, however, I was there for a business meeting in one of their conference rooms and it was a miserable experience. Very bland room which did not have the lights on upon my arrival. The acoustics in the room were also bad. Next, despite having a number of expected guests, which we hit right on the nose, they did not set up the room with enough tables and chairs and they had the nerve to jokingly suggest some people could sit on the floor. Breakfast was slated to be ready at 8 a.m., but they didn't start bringing it in until 8:20 and finished setting it up at 8:27, just three minutes before we were to start with presentations. The food was ordinary at best and the coffee had people tossing full cups into the garbage after just a few sips. When I arrived, I wasn't "welcomed," I was told "Oh, Hi." Those really large paper notepads we were given to use already had writing on it from a previous conference ... worse yet, that's what they handed to us in person to use. Then, 15 minutes before our scheduled end, the hotel staff had some maintenance people come in and start breaking things down and cleaning up causing more distractions than what they originally did throughout the morning by gathering in the little store just outside the room talking among themselves. Again, I do not know what it is like to stay there overnight, but as a business meeting setting, it was among the very worst I've ever encountered in 20+ years in several hotels across the country.

great service, breakfast and decent work out room with assisted bench, free weights and cable machine, a lot better than most workout rooms.
