My girlfriend and I visited Seattle for the first time (June 2009) and we stayed here for two nights for only $69.99/night! Free parking and free internet! Very clean and location is literally next to the outdoor mall. Free breakfast was awesome, hot meals, not the typical muffins and coffee. They had great selection of breakfast all for free! Location is about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Seattle, but we wanted to save money so we saved over $200 and drove the 10-15 minutes to downtown instead of paying for the high downtown hotel prices.

Hotel staff also didn't charge me for my mistake of booking the wrong night, which was one night prior to my actual arrival date. They could have charged me, but they just took care of me and I was very thankful! Thanks for the great stay and customer service. Marriott is by far the best chain of hotels for the value.

I've stayed here twice while coming to Redmond for interviews, and my family has stayed here twice coming out to visit me.  Each time I visited, I felt like it was a very quiet, pleasant suburban escape.

The rooms are gigantic and very clean.  Since this is a Residence Inn, it's about as big as any studio apartment you'd expect to see in a city.  You have a small kitchen and a comfortably-sized bathroom.

The continental breakfast is good, but not spectacular.  I remember eating here very nervously at 8:00 AM getting ready for my interviews... Ah, the old days.

Service is always good, and they were very quick to tend to my every request.

Plus, the location next to the Redmond Town Center is perfect for some quiet shopping.  I prefer to go into the city myself, and Seattle is about a 20-25 minute drive away in no traffic, so that's an easy drive as well.

Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in a suburb.  It doesn't quite match up to the top hotels in a major city, though.

I came here for work and felt it time to write a review.  I've stayed at this Residence Inn like 4 times for my job and it's been a varying bag of good and bad.  The staff is very friendly and they have a great continental breakfast.  The eggs actually taste reasonable and the coffee doesn't suck.

But!  I have had numerous times where my room isn't cleaned while I'm gone during the day...  what the heck is that all about ?  I'll come back from a day of work and see that, while I left no thing on the door refusing service, i have to call to get a new towel and nothing has been cleaned.  It happened again yesterday.  Frown.

This place is also quite pricey because it caters to business travellers and companies usually float the bill.

Superb continental breakfast, worlds slowest elevator.

Residence Inn?
Not quite my style.

And WTF guys! Thanks for charging $1,200 to my personal credit card! Seriously. The room was reserved with a company card, and I JUST put down my personal card for INCIDENTALS, and what the hell, the day I check out - I check my online banking - and what is THAT?

I'm still trying to deal with it.
UGH.
