Easy location this hotel was really close to the airport. They allowed a early check in and provided nice welcome snacks upon arrival. There were several nice restaurants to choose from in the area. Everything here was clean overall satisfied. The only draw back was parking charge but I love everything else about my overall stay! Great job

Nice hotel. Little one bedroom apartment. Wonderful free buffet breakfast with great service. Make your own waffles, they had eggs, muffins, etc. Was very clean and well managed. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel overall. Our bath could use a good cleaning and the AC is annoying but other than that it was top notch.
Beds are very comfy and TV's were great. Breakfast in AM, pool and fitness were some welcome amenities on site too.
Location is very good as well and near tons of good places to eat.
Friendly folks here. Would return. Recommend.Helpful 15Thanks 0Love this 11Oh no 1 - Nov 8, 2021
Stayed here for a couple nights before our Disney Cruise after flying in from Vegas. This was a nice central spot for the next couple days while we did some mini-trips to Orlando. I booked a one-bedroom suite but they upgraded me to a two-bedroom which my husband and I definitely did not need, but appreciated. The two-bedroom was very spacious and both rooms appear to be the same, so you don't have to fight over who gets the better room. The room and hotel is a little dated but nothing too terrible. The beds were comfy.
We did not use the shuttle service as we had a rental car. Normally there is a charge for parking, but since we got in so late they were able to waive it. YMMV. Breakfast was NOT self-serve and someone actually got it for you (which I prefer). There was also a decent variety as far as breakfast items go. It is actually hot food as well as the usual breakfast staples. There is a good sized fridge in the room as well as a stove if you want to cook yourself.
Staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. After we checked out, we had to kill a couple hours in the lobby and the staff was very accommodating and understanding. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance, so you would be okay even without a car.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 11, 2023
Was surprisingly nice to stay and have a small meeting on a recent trip. The rooms had plenty of space. I could really stretch out and work if I needed to and having the separate space for sleeping was so, so nice. The free shuttle for the airport was also great. They were super quick and right there on time (early even) for tour scheduled time. I also appreciated that you could hang a tag on the door saying you didn't need service that day. It's so nice to have that rather than just a DND tag, because they usually just come back or knock until they can check the room off. I was only there a couple days, so I appreciated having the option to not have to be disturbed. All the staff I encountered were very accommodating and friendly.
My biggest reasons for not giving 5 stars were the noise inside and outside were pretty bad. Could hear walking around all the time and street noise at all times of day, so I'd say walls are very thin. The free breakfast was also extremely limited; I can only think it's because the rooms have stoves so you could make anything in your room if you wanted. The AC in my room was also unbearable. It was set so cold and anytime I tried to reset, it just reverted to 62. I got so fed up with it, I just ended up turning off any AC/Heat/Fan and that worked fine.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Taelor T.Houston, TX22413858May 8, 2022
Overall review is that this hotel is definitely pretty basic, especially by Marriott's standards. Location of hotel is close to the airport and surrounded by a lot of food and basic shopping, and probably the best incentive for staying here. I also appreciated that the complimentary breakfast was a nice spread of varying options and pretty tasty and convenient.
However-- We stayed in a 2 bedroom-suite and while I can at least say that the room does have everything you should need for a short-term stay, the room itself was just okay; older furniture, not comfy at all, the bedroom was awkwardly shaped leaving very few inches of walking space around the bed, and the bathrooms seemed a bit outdated. Worst of all was the issue of the A/C never fully cooling the room, even at night; not sure if it was specific to our room or just an older A/C unit but we did hear that another room had the same issue as well.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Latisha B.San Francisco, CA024125Feb 14, 2021
After calling to confirm they had wheelchair accessible vehicle. And being told yes......
We arrived and was told they do not. This was 1 of the only reason we choose the hotel. We waited at least 30 minutes on a shuttle. Only to get to the room and have a toilet that was clogged and told we can't move you because we're sold out. They sent someone up to fix it. Then when asked what are they going to do to accommodate me. I was told I don't know the manager won't be in until 9am. This is just not what I would ever expect from Marriott. I'm very disappointedHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 160775623Jul 20, 2019
This resort is close to the airport with free shuttle service and every interaction I have had with the front desk has been friendly. The pool is also nice and the jacuzzi is warm. The exercise room has 2 treadmills, some free weights, an elliptical, and yoga mats. Breakfast is also included with your stay in the morning.
So why only 3 stars? This hotel is dates and actually fairly dirty. The bathroom had cracks in the shower with a lot of rust. In addition, that is zero elite status benefit, and as a lifetime gold member, that is disappointing. I'll probably stay at a different hotel next time, but the price here was reasonable which is why I chose it. There are a lot of reasonable hotels in the area and if you are just staying for one night, it's fine.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - D J.Lithonia, GA01326Jan 10, 2021
WARNING: I am a Bonvoy member and LOVE my Marriott properties, you can't pay me to use another brand....HOWEVER, when it comes to this hotel, please Stay SOMEWHERE ELSE! Me and my family came down for a brief stay here at this hotel and let me just start with pre-arrival. I wrote the FD from my BonVoy App and asked them to add my girlfriend name to the reservation. The hotel wrote back and said "sure thing and we'll see you soon!" Great! In my BonVoy App I have my preferences set to "Guaranteed High Floor Room, extra foam pillows, extra towels, etc". Upon arriving at 6:48p.m. the desk agent informs me that there are "no high floor one bedroom suites available except room 406" (which is handicap accessible). I told the agent I didn't want that room just in case someone who really needs it booked this hotel then I didn't want to be "that person" who is taking up a room I don't need. Anyway, so the desk agent tells me that my room is on the first floor room 123 to be exact and states that "this is the room that was blocked off for your arrival"......why, when my app says guaranteed high floor room? Seems to me someone wasn't looking at the arrival list to make sure all request were met. We took room 123 because the FD agent couldn't tell me when the higher rooms would be available and said that "the General manager was upstairs cleaning rooms", which I thought was a bit weird considering that you have housekeeping for that and if you don't have enough staff then maybe you should hire some more or keep housekeeping on until all rooms are turned over. Me and my gf went out for dinner after checking into this first floor room and when we came back the FD agent told me that the General Manager tried contacting me (on the room phone ), and I told him that I would get with her first thing the next morning . When morning came the General manager called the room phone again before I could get to the desk to see her and we chatted for a good minute. I told her that I didn't sleep well the night before because room 123 is right next to the basketball court and there were people playing basketball well into the midnight hour as well as a puppy next door (adjoining room) that kept barking half the night. Well the General manager said she was cleaning rooms the night before and missed me as we were out to dinner and apologized for not having a higher floor room and the people on the court so late at night. The General manager said that she would order me 10,000 bonus points for the inconvenience and I felt like this was a small gesture but didn't complain about it, and thanked her for her time. Due to Covid-19 the hotel isn't cleaning rooms everyday or every other day so you have to go and ask for towels. Well when I went to ask for towels to wash, the FD Agent said that there were "no towels to give out as the hotel is washing towels and cloths".....unbelievable that a Marriott doesn't have any towels available because they are all being washed....so they gave me pool towels instead.
Update 1/10/2021: I wrote the General manager because I have checked out a full week ago now and I still haven't received my bonus points. I emailed the General manager late last week to "check on the status of the points" she promised and she has not responded. Guess she may be overwhelmed with general manager duties and housekeeping duties and may need help with housekeeping. Don't get me wrong the General manager is a very nice lady and I know she means well but for her not to reply to a follow email on something that she promised is just distasteful and for the sake of staying in a decent property and getting good sleep, I would recommend either another property or no room on the "23 stack" (123,223,323, etc) of this hotel. I'm usually the laid back, let stuff go type, but I just can't let this one slide by and not at least forewarn people about my stay. However, the hotel is in a great location as far as eateries and shopping if that's your thing. The Florida Mall is a decent drive but not too farHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
