Friendly staff, clean & comfy rooms, modern decor, good location, safe, decent price, D&D/7-11 across the street.

All in all a great hotel. MY only gripe is the gym; the elliptical & treadmills are all pieces of...... yeah, not so hot.

I stayed here recently and we paid $99 the first night and $119 the second night. They have recently remodeled and we were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. It was so nice that we called the front desk when we got up there to make sure they hadn't given us a suite by mistake. We had 2 queen beds, a pullout sofa, desk, dining table and a fully stocked kitchen. The customer service was above and beyond. They consistently went one step further to anticipate our needs. I was so impressed and I will only stay there if and when I return to the Inner Harbor!

I stayed here during the busy Otakon 2010 convention weekend.  The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze.  Parking was around $23.00 a night.  The room was $219.00 a night, which is a bit exorbitant.

The room was nice and big.  One large bed, a sofa bed, two desks and chairs, and a coffee table.  There was a television, stove, dishwasher, fridge, plates, bowls, cups, etc.

The shower was nice.  They served breakfast every morning, although I did not go down for it.  Checking out was quick, I just had to drop off my room keys at the front desk.

Great location a couple blocks up the hill from Inner Harbor.  Good security (front door requires key to access after-hours, and you can't even use the elevator most of the day without a door key!), nice front desk staff.    Rooms were spare but clean, though the pull-out bed that was advertised as comfy was really not.  We probably should've seen through this selling point.  Nice kitchenette in the suite with a clean fridge and dishware.

Valet parking was $29/day, compared to $21/day at the garage next door (at Light & Lombard St.).  Walk one block and you can park it yourself, maybe save a few bucks.

Like most/all Residence Inns, this place is pet friendly... for a steep fee.  My brother brought his dog along at a cost of $100 for two nights.  You have to walk a little ways to find grass where the dogs can do their business, but Tigger liked walking around with all the excitement of the harbor.  Beats being left at home!  He also loved the front desk, which was generous in its distribution of dog treats.

My only real complaint is in regards to the breakfast room, which was a complete zoo throughout Labor Day weekend.  The staff did their best to keep the food stocked and the coffee pouring, but it was pretty insane.  Kinda reminded me of a feeding frenzy at a fish farm.

The hotel appears to have been renovated, and provides free breakfast (full breakfast, not just continental) in the mornings. It's in a great location for those wanting to go to the National Harbor. They have a business center that offers 3 computers with free internet access and a restaurant by the main lobby. I'm not sure if they requested the local police to patrol the front, but they are regularly there.
The only down side is you must pay $30 per day for parking.

Very nice and clean hotel right next to the Inner Harbor (the shops are within walking distance). My parents always stay here when they're visiting me at college. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the hallways are brightly lit. The bed are comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful. When they make a mistake, they try to make up for it. They might bake you fresh cookies.

The only thing that kind of irks me when we stay there is the valet service. They can be quite slow sometimes, even when calling ahead. But I've found that this isn't limited to just this hotel, so we'll cut them some slack.

I almost gave this hotel two stars, but they  made up the one star in location,  convenience, and size of the room. I really liked what I saw when I checked in, it looked clean, and staff was really nice. But the next day when I went to take a shower, there was no water. When I called the front desk, they mentioned that they had "cleaned out the water lines" despite the fact that everyone else I was with had plenty of water...Anyway, they got the water on, and it was RUSTY!! I let it run for a good 15 minutes and it seemed ok, until I dried off with a white towel and discovered that the water was still rusty. :-( I figured that I would see what would happen when I returned in the evening, it seemed ok. Then when I took a shower the next morning, and dried off, it was still a little rusty, but a lot better than the previous day. It eventually got better, but I shouldn't have had to go through that, when I told the front desk all she could say was sorry.

The breakfast was pretty much non-existant, some runny scrambled eggs, and coffee (which I don't drink).

On a brighter note, the room was clean, and decent.

DISGUSTING. EWWWWWWWWW. Cheap and dirty. You can cook your own food which is nice, but make sure you do the dishes yourself, the maids will just put them back in the drawers when you aren't looking without cleaning them, I watched her do it. The sheets never get cleaned unless you tell them to, I was there for 4 weeks. When I first got to the room the sheets were dirty, so gross!  Free internet, eh ok.  other trainees like myself staying at the place said there were bed bugs, I didn't see any, but I was in the 15th floor.  The neighborhood is scarey lots of homeless asking for money, so be prepared for that gem of an experience too.

Great place to stay in the Inner Harbor. Clean, spacious rooms, a quick jaunt to the Inner Harbor, pots of Marriott coffee always brewing, and the nicest, most helpful staff, from the manager right down to the valets. The price seemed just right for the accommodation. I would've loved a few more good restaurants close by, but all in all more than pleased with this place!

$105/night for a king size bed.  Not bad at all considering the location.  Room was clean... a lot better than I thought it would end up being.  The parking on the other hand, cost $29.  The complimentary breakfast was decent!  biscuits, sausage, eggs, fruits, granola & other cereals, yogurts, juices, seasoned potatoes, and... I think that was about it.
The ONLY thing I did have a problem with the hotel was that the housemaid came about 3 TIMES in the morning time on our check-out date... 8am, 10am, 12:15pm.  We were granted for a late check-out @ 1PM.  She almost walked into our room at 8am... the boyfriend and I were passed out and didn't hear her until she opened the door.  I was asked, "who is it??!!" and she just simply replied, "oh I'm so sorry".  I don't blame the housemaid, I blame the front desk staff who obviously failed to communicate something as simple as a late check-out for my room.

I reserved two large rooms for a group of girls. When we arrived (past check in time), both rooms weren't ready. They were not helpful, kind or a bit apologetic. Only upside- Large rooms. In a city full of unique and beautiful hotels, I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are decent, parking is over-priced and the Inner Harbor is a good 5 block walk, which can be shaky after dark. No decent eatery close by, including on site. This place will usually save you a couple of bucks when compared to hotels closer to the harbor, but it comes with some drawbacks. If you don't mind hoofin' it in the dark, this place is a decent choice.

I stayed here when I was taking the bar exam which was a really stressful time. However, this hotel was wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to help you and the service is great. The people are friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable and spacious.  Also, the breakfasts in the morning were really good. To top it off, I left my phone charger in the room and when I called and asked if the hotel could mail it to me, they overnighted it and didn't charge me a penny! I would stay at this hotel anytime I'm in Baltimore.
