Odalys was my contact for my wedding and has a very warm, friendly personality. They had a sign for my wedding in the front desk and even made changes to it when they found out that my fiance's last name was capitalized incorrectly.
Since I wanted to host a brunch the morning after the event, they gave me the breakfast lounge to use for free after 11:30am. The breakfast ends at 11am and is fantastic. Odalys was incredible and extremely helpful throughout the entire process and helped me to book all of my rooms for my family (which is more difficult than it sounds since the number of the rooms kept changing). And when us newlyweds got back to the hotel room? We found a bottle of wine and two glasses on a tray sprinkled with decorative stones and petals, with a note of congratulations. Very thoughtful of them.

I tried their free breakfast and thought it was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, biscuit sandwiches which was egg, ham, cheese in between a biscuit (yum!), oatmeal which you can add raisins, brown sugar or chopped walnuts to, 3 different kinds of cereal, several kinds of juices, coffee, huge tea selection, sausages and get this, two waffle machines to make fresh waffles. I'm in heaven.

This hotel definitely has been renovated recently - all the rooms are suites with either a separate part for the bedroom, or a studio and they all have full kitchens with utensils, glassware and plates. Everything was extremely clean. In fact, all of my friends who stayed there said the same thing: we could live here, it is like a condo.

Surprised by how nice the hotel and its staff were.  Everything must have been remodeled (from reading previous reviews) - everything seemed brand new.

Our room was perfect, especially with the baby.  They had the pack n play waiting in the room when we checked in.  We only got the studio, but it seemed much larger than our other companions' 1 bedroom.  The kitchen was very nice - granite counter tops, dishwasher, range, fridge, microwave.  Staff were super helpful.  Great fireplace and lounge area with free hot breakfast, too.

The rooms here are nothing special and a little worn down, but the little extras make it a 3-star place.

I like food, but even more, I like free food.  Here is how they won my heart:
    - Free hot breakfast buffet every morning.  They always had the basic eggs and sausage, but also rotated different items like biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, and breakfast tacos - a concept that blew my mind.
    - Free popcorn in the room
    - Free "light snack" in the evenings that was usually enough for a meal - salads, sandwiches, cookies, etc.

Combine all that with a substandard workout room (cramped and no weight machines) and I packed on a few pounds during my few weeks there.

It sounds like they are in the process of renovating the rooms, so that could bump them up another star.

Stayed here as part of the relocation for my company with my family and found the rooms nice (newer, just a little worn, but comfortable), the staff very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the free food well-worth it (you could eat fairly healthy if you avoided the usual fare).

The per-night price isn't cheap (Why three '$'), but what you get for it makes this place a definite value.  Well located for travel to and from West Metro and the Merrimack Valley, I would recommend the Westford Residence Inn to anyone staying in this area.
